I was a little skeptical after calling several garage door repair companies. I wasn't happy with "service fees", far range quotes and the feeling that they were trying to push me into doing unnecessary services. Ramon was very curteous & intelligent. He provided multiple tips to watch for in the future. He ran out of invoices, but indicated he would mail one ASAP when he returned to the office.

My door broke late one evening, and I called about 9pm expecting to get a service appointment the next morning. To my surprise, Ramon called me back and said he could be there in 20 minutes. Even though my garage door problem was not an emergency, Ramon called me and arrived at my house within an hour. He was professional and knowledgeable. Ramon was great - very friendly, did quality work and he worked with our schedule to get it done. He fixed a broken spring on a very old and heavy door - so we can go a little longer before getting a whole new replacement door.
