About us

We are a locally owned, multi generational company and we take great pride in our work. Our employees are NOT subcontractors and are therefore trained by us personally with over 40 years experience. Since the employees are paid hourly there is no incentive for up-selling,so they will not push sales on customers. We use top of the line products and machinery, and everything we use is non-toxic. When necessary we can do jobs that are not typically accessible with a truck-mounted systems by using our hot water extraction portable unit. There are no hidden charges with us. The only fees we have are a travel fee to all counties and a 3% charge when paying with a credit card. PHOTOS ARE SMALL EXAMPLE OF TYPE OF RESULTS YOU WANT IN A CARPET SERVICE. Description of Work: They cleaned our carpets in the living room, a hallway & 2 bedrooms. Did everything twice. We had some areas that were pretty dark due to traffic pattern. Did their best to get those areas as good as possible. Used spot remover & a spray for tough areas. At least in the short term, looks very good. Thought they showed a lot of attention to detail.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal through Angie's List. The owner and his daughter arrived right on time. They were to clean a couch. They looked at the couch and said that due to the material that they would not recommend that they clean it because it could remove the color. They discussed, in detail n detail how to clean the couch myself by removing the covers and laundering them myself. They gave me some excellent tips. They offered me a refund. I decided to use them for some carpet cleaning and they said they would apply my payment to the carpet cleaning.
