Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in our house. The stains came back after a few weeks.

Description of Work: Shampooed almost the entire house carpeting. Everything went perfectly; I was very, very satisfied; carpeting looked so fresh and clean and lighter in color. Will absolutely use this company again.

Description of Work: They cleaned a sofa and a chair. The quality of the service was very good. Tried hard to get all stains out. One they couldn't as was permanent marker, but did lightened it. The only thing I was not happy with was that since it was winter and snowy, I would expect them to take their shoes off as common courtesy in our home. When I mentioned to the gal who was cleaning, she just gave me a look and said that was not possible as she would be going in and out of the home. She did not, only the gentleman did. As far as the cleaning, good job. I cannot remember the exact month/date of the job.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in 4 rooms and 3 sets of stairs. The team of 3 did a fantastic job. The team leader, Rebecca, told us what they would do, the general condition of our carpet, how long it would take, and the final results. Team members Adam and Alex were also very friendly and professional.

Description of Work: They were prompt and courteous and the price was good. I had been told they would move furniture as long as they did have to dismantle anything. My bed is on wheels but since it was a double bed it was not moved. When they left I found a large dark spot on the carpet in front of a chair that was in the living room. It had not been there when they came, I was told that sometimes this happens after cleaning. They came back to clean it up and again were very courteous. I feel that I should have just done it myself with a rug doctor, I could have covered all the areas I wanted and not had my rug on hold for a week.
