Description of Work: Steam cleaned carpets in 2 bedrooms, a hallway, 2 flights of stairs, and a full, carpeted basement. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. I was just about to move in so I can't speak to how they manage with furniture since my home was still empty. I was very pleased with the experience and would hire them again.

Description of Work: You get what you pay for. I went with this company because of the positive reviews. The job was ok for $99.00. My carpets smelled fresh and they did fine on my old shag in a couple of bedrooms. Not so much on my stairs and living room. Next time I will pay more and go with a company that has the products and expertise to clean light colored berber carpet, not make excuses about why they couldn't. I know it can be done because I have had it done in the past.

Description of Work: Cleaned the basement, basement stairs, wool stair and hall runner, area rug(s). Christina's Carpet care called quickly after I had purchased the Big Deal and was easy to set up a time for the cleaning. The employees explained what product they were using and any instructions to follow. The only thing I could add would be to move some pieces of furniture to make sure the carpet is completely clean.

Description of Work: They cleaned my whole house carpeting. There were a few hidden costs that I didn't expect. I've used them before and I felt my carpets were cleaner and things smelled better but I did buy a different package this time. I will give them another shot.

Description of Work: Christina's did my whole house carpet cleaning and not only was I extremely impressed, I will never again have anyone else clean my carpets. I wish I had found them sooner. Approximately 4 years ago my granddaughters were in my scrapbook room and had a black sharpie paint pen leak, and it really leaked all over my beige carpeting. My carpet cleaner at the time came the next day and when he was done there were fairly dark rub spots where the sharpie paint had been. He has cleaned our carpets every year since and they were still there. I pointed these spots out to Rebekah, she said it's harder to get old spots out where removal has already been attempted, which I did already know, but she had an idea or two. Well my carpet looks brand new. I cannot give them enough praise. Thank you Christina's! |
