Absolutely amazing! They called to let me know their estimated arrival time and they arrived just when they said they would. I was nervous about the condition of the carpets as the living room carpet was off-white, well over 10 years old and had very high traffic stains. The worst room was badly stained from pets, (rabbit and cats) and I resigned myself to that carpet in particular being a lost cause. They looked everything over and set to cleaning with a determination that was impressive. I was able to watch them clean the off white carpet and saw the magic of the traffic pattern stains disappear before my eyes. I was reluctant to see the other "hopeless" carpet when they had finished it, but wow, I worried for nothing. What stains? I could not believe it was the same carpet! It looked fresh and clean and smelled good too as they had used a citrus based cleaner. I had them add a stain protector after they were done, since the cost for that was lower than I expected it would be. Thanks to this company, I am no longer embarrassed to have company in the house. The workers were professional at all times, friendly and informative. You can't go wrong with Christina's Carpet Care!

Friendly, professional company. Rooms had not been cleaned in several years and had numerous spots, but came out looking good as new. Owner screens employees for substance abuse. Highly recommend!

I had previously arranged to have another company clean my carpets only to find out at the last minute that their method was not right for my type of carpet. I had already moved all of my breakables and really did not want to have to wait for another time. I went to Angie's list and found Christina's Carpet Care. I called and spoke to Rebecca. They had a special going on that was perfect for the amount of carpeting I had AND an opening for that afternoon. I asked about cleaning my love seats at the same time and was offered a deal on that as well. I was given an arrival time and received a call when they were on their way. Rebecca arrived on time with her crew of two additional men. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and care they demonstrated while cleaning the upholstery. Every nook and cranny was attended to. They also listened to my requests on how to handle all of my furniture while cleaning the carpets. I definitely plan on using them again.

This guy did work for us and my husbands ex-wife. He shared information about our home with her and if that wasn't bad enough what he shared was utterly false. I am sure there is no law against what he did but it is highly unethical. I wouldn't trust him in your home. He lacks morals.

It went well. They were reasonably priced, punctual, professional and friendly.

Cleaned carpets in 3 rooms. Considering age and wear of carpet, they did an awesome job. Got rid of pet stains, too!

They called the day before and 15 minutes before scheduled appointment. They explained their prices and were done by their estimated time, 30-60 minutes.

Called to set up an appointment and they came the next day! The crew was on time and very pleasant! They were incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!!

The cleaners arrived on time and toured the house with me to identify problem areas. When they were finished they told me about 2 spots they could not get out and why. The carpet was cleaned and looked fabulous.

Christina's is a top-notch carpet cleaning business. They called the day before to confirm, and also the morning of the appointment. When they arrived, Paul, the owner, along with two other professional, friendly guys, worked very hard to clean our carpets - living room, dining room, two bedrooms, the stairs going down to the basement, and the basement rec room. The carpets cleaned up really well, and we were especially impressed when the tar stain was removed. We'd recommend this company in heart-beat!! |

Cleaners arrived on time and did a great job.

I received a reminder call the evening and morning prior to arrival. The staff of three arrived on time, did the job efficiently and competently. They removed a trail of spots down the staircase that I was concerned about. They were above average in communicating what would be done, pricing and process of how to handle after the carpet cleaning. The were professional in their work.

Everything went well they were on time.Very professional and polite. Great job. They even cleaned my entry way rug!

Purchased the Big Deal from Angie's List for approximately $90. Contacted provider via email on Angie's List to set up appointment. I was contacted right away and repeatedly until we found a date that worked for both of us...email is wonderful for me and they were first rate! They were upfront about the trip charge, and followed through with phone call reminders. The providers were courteous and professional. They went out of their way to be informative and thorough. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend this provider without reservation. Great experience.

The team showed up on time, repositioned the furniture that I could not move and cleaned under those pieces, and put them back whenn finished. Very clean job and I would use them again..

Excellent. Very knowledgeable and responsive to questions. They called ahead and arrived on time, explained work before starting, and took time to walk through and explain work performed and trouble areas after completion, without me even having to ask. I had been concerned about walls surrounding the carpeted area since they were painted the day prior, but it was no trouble as they took great care while cleaning. I do recommend, and will call them again next time carpets need cleaning.

excellent. I am totally satisfied. They were great, very knowledgeable , efficient, on time and flexible when I had to change a scheduled time last minute. They really know the different kinds of carpets and the best way to clean and care for them. I have used them twice now and will again in the future. Great people.

Refused to do stain removal of high traffic area, even though we offered to pay.

Christina's did a fantastic job! Because I myself was so lax in having this particular room cleaned, I had not expected the carpet to be completely stainfree -- just clean would have been fine with me. Christina's was actually able to get 98% of the stains out! I consider this 200% GREAT WORK!

This is the second time I've used Christina's. I called them from California - where I live - to clean the carpets in my rental property in Milwaukee. They came - they cleaned - they ROCK! My neighbors said the carpet looked Great! And they even sent me an invoice via email. What more could you ask for!? Adding them to my 'contractor' list for my rentals. Thanks Christina's!

Excellent! The carpets came out much better than I had hoped. They look so much better than before they were cleaned! I would highly recommend them. They were prompt & courteous and did an excellent job!

I purchased a Deal on Angie's List on a Sunday and then proceeded to leave a message with the provider. They called me back within 20 min - on a Sunday. By far one of the most responsive contractors I have worked with. The provider was scheduled to come out and clean the carpet on August 26th. They called before they arrived (as they said they would) and they arrived on time as scheduled. All services were performed and they left the remaining overage items on a bill that was left on the counter top. The provider was efficient, friendly, professional, and on top of scheduling and all special requests that were made by me. The quality was a little less than I expected for a carpet cleaning. While they did a great job on most of the carpet, and it looked pretty good in the middle of the rooms, the outside of the rooms around the baseboard were still not 100% clean. It is important to note that it is tough to get the edges of carpet clean but I wish they had done a little better job on the edges. Overall this provider was one of the most responsive I have worked with and they completed all services as expected. While I have had better carpet cleaning performed, it was at 3x the price I paid for this work.

The service turned out really good. They did well. I had some extra things done so there was an extra charge other than the big deal. They really just did the services that I expected.
