The owner was extremely helpful with suggestions on how to deal with our carpet issues. There was no hard sell at all for a carpet cleaning; just very helpful. We would definitely try them if the need arises. We were just very appreciative for all his hep on the phone.

They came out quickly in response to my request. (Dirty carpet, house guests coming) Our carpet was dirty due to two dogs getting ill. They not only cleaned up, but also gave me some advice on how to deal with spots myself. They were efficient and did a thorough job. The employees are always pleasant.

Paul was great. They were punctual and polite. The cleaning was meticulous. We had initially just bought for 3 rooms but seeing their service we did the whole house and some upholstery also. They did that at a very reasonable price. I definitely am going to use their services again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys did a great job cleaning my rental house carpets. Everything was perfect. They came on time, finished on time, and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

Arrived on-time and worked very quickly. Thoroughly cleaned all stains -- carpet looks GREAT! Am surprised, however, that 3 days later, the carpet is still not totally dry. Last time I used them, it seemed to dry a lot quicker!

I was in a bind because the manager for my apt seemed like they were going to charge me for "wear and tear" on the carpets for my move-out. To protect myself, I hired Christina's to clean the carpets. They made the carpets look SO great and there was no way the manager could even find any stains after Christina's came. (And Paul from Christina's told me that it is not legal for landlords to charge for "normal wear and tear". He was so honest and even told me I didn't need to have him come clean the carpets because the landlord cannot do that.- I looked this up in the WI. state statutes and it is true!!) But I am still so happy I told Pul to go ahead anyway, just in case. I will definitely use this company over and over!!!

They did a really good job. Reasonably priced as well.

I signed up for the Angie's List deal from Christina's ($93.80 for 3 rooms and a hallway). The process had me pay up front and then choose up to 3 options for a scheduled time. I did that and then waited a short period of time and boom they responded with a phone number to call to firm things up. Very easy, fast, and smooth! I received a call the night before confirmming my appointment as well as a call when they were on their way to my house. They were very prompt and courteous. I never talked to an answering service nor was I ever left wondering about what was going on. They did an awesome, professional job on the carpets ( I upgraded the offer to include my staircase) and I am very happy with them! Thank you for the great work.

Great, they were so accommodating with my schedule,, explained their process in detail, had multiple workers so the cleaning went quickly and walked me through the finish to make sure I didn't have any questions.

They were very friendly and respectful. They seem very professional and very well organized. They are also responsive. When I call, I would talk to somebody personally and they would get their schedule up and work it up to try to fit me in. The last time I talked to them was just an order for their stain removal product and she offered to like drop it off in my house for me and that was very nice.

We purchased additional services for stain guard and deodorizing. We had already discussed these additional services so there were no surprises with the additional fees. Three technicians came to complete the work. They finished the job in about two hours. They did a very, very good job on removing and cleaning some stains. They were wonderful! I would definitely have them come again.

Friendly, resourceful team of two showed up on time and figured out how to get their cleaning equipment to the second floor through a window. They did a fine job cleaning the carpet, pointing out faint stains that they could not totally get out ( it looked fine) and they were all in all very nice to deal with. Would hire next time.

They did exactly what they said they would do. They called immediately after the initial contact via email...this was a "big deal" ...they called the day before the appointment, and the morning of as they were leaving to come. They came in, cleaned all carpets (14 year old carpet which I was ready to replace, but giving one more chance at life). They were done in about an hour and a half...and the carpet looks like it has a few more years! I was impressed at the professionalism and knowledge of their product as well of my carpet.

I had had my carpets cleaned in January -- but my cat got into garbage and got sick all over my white carpet...and if you know cats, you know that they never use the same spot twice! :( Christine's was running a sale on Angie's List, so I decided to try them. Booking my date was easy. They called with a reminder the day before and showed up on-time the next day. They cleaned all of the spots -- I mean truly cleaned leaving no residue spots! Before they started cleaning, they took the time to show/tell me how to better clean the spots - thoroughly explaining what to do and what not to do. In addition, they left me a sample of their cleaning crystals and showed me how to apply to such spots. The next day, not only were my carpets clean -- but very soft! No stiffness at all :).

Went very well. I will use them again!

The two young men from Christina's Carpet Care were very professional, punctual, thorough, and friendly. They did an awesome job cleaning my carpets and were done within an hour. They even clean the stairs to my basement as a good faith gesture for me not being 100% aware of the travel fee (the cost should be upfront) as well as the distinction of stairs being considered an area/room (this was an additional cost). At the end the gentlemen gave an evaluation of my carpets recognizing wear patterns, discoloration in certain areas after the cleaning, and recommended frequency of cleaning. Overall, fantastic job by Christina's Carpet. I would highly recommend them to others and for my future carpet cleaning services. My only gripe is between Angie's List and service providers (in general) regarding the descriptions of the deals/service. For example, the fine print should be replaced as "Things you need to know before buying the deal". Thus there should be two check points of that information: 1. The customer should be prompted to check a box before the purchase, stating that I read and understand the fine print (things you need to know), and 2. At the initial correspondence between the customer and service provider, the service should follow-up on the fine print before the service is scheduled. This is similar to the confirm box listed below as I write this review. Now after all that if the customer still has an issue then they just did not read it and now Angie's list/service provider have something to fall back on. Just a suggestion to end any confusion.

I was pleased with their work. The only think I did not like was that they charged a trip charge. I haven't had that happen with other carpet cleaners. Other than that they did a very good job.

fine carpet cleaning , fast movements. expected it to go more in depth. but carpet came out clean but stiff.

It went very well and they did more than what the big deal covered. They cleaned two small carpets for free. I would use them again.
