It went great. I called Paul on a Saturday and wanted the carpets cleaned while my daughter was in the hospital. He was able to schedule us for the following Tuesday. I had not purchased the Angie's list Big Deal yet, but he agreed to honor it. On Tuesday Paul and Rebecca came on time and called before they came to let us know they were on the way. Rebecca got fight to work on the carpet and Paul answered all my questions about our carpet and care of it. He is very knowledgeable and has been doing this for years. They did a great job cleaning the carpet and gave us a free sample of carpet cleaner to use for cleaning spots. He also put protector on certain areas. He advised against protector in other areas and did not try to sell us other services. The total cost was exactly what he quoted with no other fees for other services. Paul and Rebecca were friendly and professional and did a great job.

I have used Christina's Carpet Care since I bought my home over 7 years ago. They are the only Carpet Cleaning Company I will even consider using. As usual they arrived on time were pleasent, professional and courteous. I have very light carpet and there has not been a stain yet that they have not been able to get out of it. The carpet always looks brand new after they leave is clean and fresh. This company in one of the few that I have found to honest, fair and dependable. I highly recommend that if you haveneed carpet or upolstry cleaning call Christina's!

The service was great! Paul contacted me almost immediately via Angie's List with confirmation of service dates and his contact info. I had just purchased the service address so there was no furniture on-site the day of the cleaning. Rebekah and team arrived on time. She introduced herself and we walked through the condo so that she could see what I needed to have cleaned. I had already purchased a Deal for 2 rooms and a hallway. I added 2 stairways and a fully carpeted basement and a few carpeted closets. Rebekah quoted a fair price for the additional areas and began the work. The team was fast and efficient. Rebekah spot-treated the carpets as the other 2 team members worked or guided the hoses. They were professional yet very friendly. They went over trouble spots additional times and removed or dramatically brightened stains I didn't think would ever come out. I highly recommend Christina's Carpet Care and will use them again.

It was fine. They were flexible with scheduling. I had them clean steps, the hallway, a couple of bedrooms, and the living room.

Paul and his crew were wonderful to deal with! They were accommodating to our schedules, prompt and friendly. We had them clean the carpets in our home as well as our leather furniture. The leather looked incredible by the time that they were done with it. I was amazed at how much time they spent on the leather and that they did the work all by hand. The carpets looked and felt great. Additionally, we hired them to clean the carpets in our veterinary clinic. Once again, they provided outstanding service for a remarkable price! I contacted them and received a quote over the phone for the work to be performed. I did measure the areas first so I could give them an accurate description of work to be done. I recently bought my house and the carpets in this area had been neglected for years so I did not know what to expect for the outcome. I was very impressed with the outcome. After the initial call I made they contacted me the day prior to the appointment to confirm the time they would arrive. They also called the day of to tell me they were 5-10 min away, they arrived within 5 min of that call. They went above and beyond while cleaning the carpet and were polite and knowledgable. They even cleaned a carpet door mat that was lying around by the front door just because it was there. I can not say enough good things about them and this experience. Do yourself a favor and stop looking at others and give them a call.

Excellent service! Called to tell me they were running a bit late and would arrive 15 minutes after the scheduled time. To me that's not late, but I was impressed by the thoughtfulness. They cleaned the sofa a chair and when I asked if they could also do four area rugs or should I schedule another time, they did them then and there for a very reasonable fee. Their work was excellent (I definitely gave them a challenge with the furniture - it was a wreck!), I couldn't be happier. I need to have my basement carpet cleaned and will definitely be calling them.

They did a great job. They arrived on time. I had paint spots on the carpet and they got it out. We will use them again. I have 4 cats and get my carpets cleaned a couple of times a year.

They gave me as estimate and then my daughter was at home and they charged us more. When i called to figure out why, they told me the basement counted as 2 rooms instead of 1. I expalined they had counted it as 1 the previous time. The answer was we did it to get you as a customer, but now will count as 2. They did refund me for this time what tehy overcharged me, but I find tehir attitute slightly dishonest

Bought a deal of the day for $77 to clean a couch and a chair. The came during the time they stated and the work that was done was to my satisfaction. Both the couch and chair are noticeably cleaner than they were before the cleaning was done. Money well spent!

very good experience with the team. They contacted right after I bought the coupon and schedule a date for service. We keep in touch very well and on the service day, they let you know where they are and if there is any delay. The cleaning is professional, thoroughly cleaned every corner. The whole experience is pretty good.

Christina's Carpet Care sent Peter to our house -- he was great. Very courteous, professional and friendly -- even our dog loved him! Peter cleaned the sofa, chair and rug in about one hour. I am very satisfied with the results. Everything looks very bright and clean. I will recommend Christina's to anyone needing carpet/furniture cleaning. Affordable, effective and just plain nice people.

I discovered the problem just a few days before guests were arriving for the weekend, so I called Christina's to find out if they could get me in within the next 2-3 days. I talked to Paul, the owner, and he was able to fit me in quickly as well as provide me with great information about what they could do to address the issue. The day of the appointment they called to let me know they were on their way and arrived promptly. Paul and his daughter did the work and were very friendly and professional. I was certain the cat had only "marked" one end of the sofa so we agreed that it didn't make sense to clean the entire sofa since it is only a few months old. Paul explained everything they did and why they were doing it. Before they left, Paul told me to call if I found any lingering odors and they would come back to work on it. I was very happy with the experience overall. A week later, I realized there was still a smell and after inspecting the sofa, realized the cat had been marking another area on the sofa that I wasn't aware of. I called Christina's back on a Tuesday and spoke with Rebecca, Paul's daughter, and she was able to fit me into their schedule for that Friday. They were great about keeping me informed of their schedule that day, so I'd know when they were going to arrive at my house. When they arrived, I explained that I'd had them focus on the wrong area of the sofa the first time they were at my house. They very quickly addressed the other problem spots and were done within 20 minutes. Rebecca refused to charge me, although I insisted on paying her because I really felt as though it was my fault since I wanted them to clean just one end of the sofa. I was prepared to pay the $90 cleaning fee again - this only seemed fair. However, Rebecca said that they felt at fault as well since they didn't think cleaning the entire sofa was necessary and suggested instead that I tip the two young men who had done the work. I gladly did this - gave them both $20. My naughty cat odors are finally gone. I can't complement Christina's Carpet Care enough. They did everything right and then some. I would not hesitate to recommend them to EVERYONE. They are a great, reliable, family-run business and it's clear they sincerely care about their customers. Thank you Paul and Rebecca!!!!!!! I think they did an OK job. They didn't do a great job and I didn't have them come back. The spots came back afterwards. Other than that they did fine.

I purchased a Big Deal for the carpet cleaning and, to be honest, had pretty low expectations. We've never had good luck with carpet cleaners since they either don't do everything they should (a popular carpet cleaning company falls into this category) or want you to pay more for simple tasks. For this carpet cleaning, we were truly impressed. They arrived at 9:00 am and were done by 10:30 am. We don't have a huge house, but the carpet cleaning was no small task. We asked them to clean carpets in our family room, living room, stairs, and our top floor hallway. My wife supervised the work and she was very impressed with the work that was completed - moving furniture, cleaning around stuff, and, at the end, had recommendations on how we can get the most out of our carpet. They were very professional and honest. We will definitely be hiring them again - Big Deal or not.
