Christina's Carpet Care

I purchased a big deal for this service and it worked out alright. I paid extra for the sofa. The main thing was they came in and got right to it. The rooms are pretty large so it was a fairly significant amount of carpet. I think they took care of it all pretty well. I don't have any issues; everything worked out pretty well.

They did a wonderful job. The guys showed up and performed their job quickly and efficiently. The carpet looked great when they were done.

Do not believe any pre=spotting was done as all spots were still in the carpet when it dried. Carpeting was left so wet that it took up to 3 days to dry completely.

Very professional. We had ordered new furniture that was to be delivered after the first of the year. The company called and said the furniture was ready to be delivered early. I wanted clean carpet before the furniture came. I called Christinas in a little bit of a panic, hoping that I could find someone on a holiday week and short notice to clean the carpet. They willingly obliged. They arrived promptly, calling when they were about 20 minutes out. When they got here, we discussed my expectations, asked about any trouble spots and checked the rooms. The work was done quickly and professionally. The carpet turned out very nice, as it was older carpet I did expect it to turn out as well as it did. The only minor complaint was that they said the carpet would be dry in 24 hours. It was not. Outside of that I totally recommend this company.

Prompt, efficient, pleasant service.

Very nice, prompt arrival. called because of a very difficult stain to remove and room odor. Provider was not sure he could get the stain out, but did!! However the carpets were left very wet. Took 3-4 days to completely dry in all areas. charged us for a room deodorizer that we did not end up using because room odor was gone but because room was left so wet odor did end up coming back. Carpet looked good but would not have back because of extreme wetness and cost was no less than anyone else we have tried with same results. I also like my carpets raked after shampooing which this provider will not do.

I was amazed at the before and after. I've had carpets cleaned before, but these are really old and probably the last time I will get them cleaned before replacing, so I did not expect them to look as good as they do! The Customer service person I talked to on the phone contacted me immedietly after sending a message through Angie's list, he helped me determine which services and prices or coupons would best fit my needs. The 3 people who came to my home were very friendly and professional and also offered me some great advice when I do decide to take out the carpet. They seemed to really care about the quality of their work that they were performing. Clearly they were not just here to do a job, they wanted to achieve customer satisfaction and they did!

I was extremely pleased with the work Paul, Rebecca and their crew provided. I purchased a "deal" online on a Saturday and they fit me in on Tuesday (during an extremely busy season). My carpets hadn't been professionally cleaned in 5 years and I was hoping for the best - they turned out BEAUTIFULLY! They were even able to remove a paint stain that was under the couch! I would HIGHLY recommend Christina's to ANYONE. I will most definitely use them again and on a regular basis. In addition to doing to wonderful job, they arrive right on time, were super friendly and very tidy (I've had other carpet cleaners that sloshed water all over the walls, etc - this was not the case this time). Thanks to Paul and Rebecca for a job very well done!

They were really good. They did a fantastic job. They were extremely meticulous. There weer things I never had cleaned and they came up clean after they did it. I had this carpet for 20 years and had it cleaned once and they still got it spot clean. They were very flexible on scheduling as well.

Had Christina's Carpet come in and do a carpet cleaning of a home that we had rented. Paul and the crew showed up on time, examined the space, and actually made recommendations on areas *not* to clean, which he thought were more than clean already, and opted to just spray some deodorizer instead. Ended up saving me about $100. Would certainly call upon them again at our new home.

It was my first time using this service and they exceeded my expectations. They were able to get rid of some pet stains from my son's bedroom as well as some paint I had spilled while painting the office. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. They were fast and friendly as well!

Fine. Except we thought they were using deodorizer, but did not. It smelled fine once it was dry, I would just recommend asking for the deodorizer upfront.

I believe it went really well. They did a great job cleaning an old antique rug for me. I was really happy that they were able to fit me in this week. I couldn't stand looking at my dirty carpet anymore. My rugs feel clean again. I would definitely use them again.

I had a major pet stain on year old carpeting. I have not smelled anything but clean since they were here. The scotch guarded my living room carpet for a very low fee. They got all the stains out that were there when they came. BUT, about a week later, I noticed new stains coming up where there were no stains before. I called the provider, the receptionist asked me some questions. Gave me a laundry list of things to do and then told me to call her back when I finished. What I wanted was for them to come back and take care of it. I don't have time to soak the stain in water, take a clean clothe and place it over the stain and see if anything comes up. I just took my little Bissel and went over the stains in 2 of the 3 rooms. I have yet to get to the 3rd. They told me I wouldn't need them again for a year. Well, with this, I'm not sure I will make it another year.

They were great. Knowledgeable. Discussed options. Even suggested a lower priced package for next visit.

We wanted to get rid of a dog smell in our carpet. I washed the carpet twice within a week with our OWN carpet cleaner. It pulled up dirt and grime, but it still smelled like dog. So, I got professionals involved. However, when they left, I still smelled dog. I bought a $3 can of carpet deodorizer with baking soda in it -- this did more than the professional carpet cleaners. The $3 virtually eliminated all scent of dog -- I was amazed. I will never hire an outside contractor again to clean the carpets. My carpet cleaner does the same job apparently.

I had a very positive experience with this company from start to finish. I first contacted them through Angie's List and received an immediate response. I had several questions and all were answered quickly and professionally. When I called to make the appointment the person I spoke with was also professional. The price I was quoted was less than the other place I contacted and I received a discount on the protector since I was an Angie's List member. I received a reminder call the night before the service scheduled and the technicians called when they were on their way as promised and showed up within the time they were scheduled. When they got here they looked around and told me how long it would take to complete the work. Again, they were polite and professional and when the work was done they explained what they did and offered some suggestions on how I could keep my carpets looking good. Finally, my carpets look (and smell) great! I will definitely be using them again.

This family owned business was all in. When I called to schedule, I planned to leave a message. The owner was attending a family party, but took my name and number and called me later. On date specified the owner and his crew were on time and ready to work. They did my steps, the hall and the 3 bedrooms upstairs. The carpeting has not looked this good since first installed. As a courtesy, they also cleaned the runner in my front hall. I will call them again.

Exceeded my expectaions. The most professional customer service I have encountered in the carpet cleaning service. I have owned owned several homes in the oast 25 years and have used a wide range of services, Christina's by far is the best. i have managed customer service functions and I would hold Christina's as the example. .Our on site supervisor Rebecca was outstanding in terms of communicating and professionalism. I rarely take time to review services, but my experience with Christina's carpets compelled me to respond. Job well done and I would absolutely use them again.
