They were really nice to work with at first. They did a really nice job pouring the concrete and it looked good. I had a warranty on the concrete. After winter, I noticed there was several huge cracks. I called them and they came out to look at the cracks. They agreed that it was defective and would come out to re-pour the concrete by June or July. Late July, I had not heard from them. I called to follow up and they said they needed to come back and look at it. When they came out the second time , they tried to encourage me to buff out the crack rather than re-pour the concrete. I spent about $3,000 on the concrete, so I wanted them to correct it the right way. So they seemed kind of irritated that I wanted the concrete re-poured. so they ended up coming in late August, but they did not call the day they came. This could have been a huge problem as the area where the concrete was poured was an access point to the garage, so had they begun work, I would not have been able to access the garage to get what I needed. Luckily, we had a family member there to retrieve our items from the garage. The biggest problem was there was a storm coming that day. The company said they had checked the radar and argued it was only a 10% chance of rain. While they were tearing up the concrete, the storm started to come in. They poured the concrete anyway to just get the job done. They then covered it with a plastic tarp. They did not call me for further instructions about what to do with this tarp. They came back the next day and removed the tarp, again with no instructions about when the concrete would be ready for use. And when they removed the tarp, there was about a foot area of discoloration for the joints to where the concrete was poured. They believed this had to do with the tarp and tried to use a product to fix the discoloration. The product did not work, and now there is a very apparent discoloration of the sidewalk. I contacted them yesterday, they returned my called, saying they have no control over the weather and there is nothing they can do to fix this and it will probably not fade with time. They would not give me any sort of refund or do anything further to address this. I'm out $3,000 and my property looks terrible.
Description of Work: I hired them last summer to pour concrete to replace the sidewalks in the back of my house.
