Tenant reports that Kevin showed up on time, was courteous and respectful, cleaned up after cleaning the chimney. Tenants also reported that Kevin would be calling me about a piece within the chimney that was rotted and needed replacement. Also about some missing bricks. But I have never heard from him. Maybe I will have to contact a different home advisor participant to get the job finished?
