Because I missed my appointment by fifteen minutes, they came back later at what I assume their expense and did the repairs instead of just saying that I was not home and charging me for it. So, I was very pleased with that.

Excellent. Cannot say enough good things about this company. Easy to deal with, prompt, courtious, knowleigble and professional. Recommend them to all, repairs were completed in about 45 minutes even repaired a second problem while here. A great company to do business with.

It went great. Most service providers give you a 2 - 4 hour window when they will arrive. Russ gave us a 30 minute window. Although he did not make it in that window, he called to let us know that he would be later and asked if it would be an inconvenience. I consider that top-notch customer service. No question that I would go with him again.

The great thing about them is they come to my home to do the work. I don't have to load up my machines in my vehicle and take them somewhere. I think their price is probably a little more than if I took it somewhere, but to me it was well worth it. This is the second time I have used them because they were really good. They are really nice.

I was going to cancel this appointment because my car would not start after my lunch engagement. I called Russ to explain, and he met me where I was stuck, jumped my car ( dead battery) and we both drove to my house! He was professional, courteous, fixed my snowblower and did not charge me for the and quot;jumpand quot;.

cleaned out carburetor of my small snowblower and adjusted something or other in my big snowblower. The big one was not moving forward or backward, and he fixed it.

they came to the house figured out what was wrong with the mower. decided they needed more work. took the mower to their facility and brought it back when they said they would... great service.. will use again.. and have given their card out many times...

The Mobile Repair Guys were on time at my home, performed the service in a little bit under 30 minutes and the fee was fair for the quality of work done. They did an outstanding job and I definitely will use them again on a regular basis. Do you guys do cable TV :-)

Called for yearly tune up on snowblower. Previous year, under different provider, they mentioned the bottom cover is coming off and to wrap with duct tape. Now, Steve said this should be replaced to prolong the life of the snowblower. He provided an estimate, ordered the part and returned to replace the rusty shield in 10 days.

They got it to work. It's so convenient to have them come to one's home. You don't have to wait a few weeks or more in some cases to have the work done. Cost seemed to come out cheaper than some local snowblower/lawm mower businesses that charge $75 or more for pick up and delivery fees.

They were prompt and convenient. I thought their price was good, but they did have to come back and do the job again.

I used the website to request an appointment. I needed to submit my form two different times before I received a response from Mobile Repair Guys. On the date of service Russ arrived early for his scheduled appointment. He got right to work and it took under a half hour to have everything completed. I was a little dissapointed in the fact that the bill included a $5.00 gas surcharge that was not mentioned to me beforehand. This was very convenient and I would certainly use them again.

Steve was my technician. He arrived on time, said the work would take 30 minutes. Took a little less as he did not have to sharpen the blade as I asked for (and provided) a new blade. We talked about the overall condition of the mower and I said I'd see him in the fall for the snow blower. I'll definitely use again. Had a $5 coupon.

With a week of mild weather coming, it was a good time to get this repair done. After exploring several companies, I settled on this one because I wouldn’t have to take the blower in myself, and it would be done in 1 day. I had to make the appointment 3 days out due to conflicts in both our schedules, but it would still be finished during the warm weather. The appointment was for between 9-9:30 AM. There was no mention of the possibility that they would come outside this agreed upon time block, or that they would call if they were going to be late or when they were on their way, etc. I arranged to be home. When they had not showed or called by 9:50 AM, I called; got their voice mail; and left a message. At 10:20 I called again, and this time Russ answered. When I reiterated why I was calling, his reply was that his guy got behind and was too busy to call me! I informed Russ that I was canceling the appointment. He asked if they could reschedule for the afternoon. When I then told him I would not be using his services, his reply was, “Really, you are that upset?” I emphasized that I had made arrangements to be home, and this was very inconsiderate not to call or value my time. While he was surprised at my response, I was shocked at his. A service company should know this type of behavior would anger most customers. To act amazed that I was “that upset,” seems clueless to me. The BBB gave them an A- saying they had only been in business since October 2010. If I had an issue that met BBB requirements I would file a complaint there, too, as this is definitely not an A- company. If they continue this way, they won’t last long. I have already spread the word on them through my e-mail contacts. To top it off, I then had to spend the remainder of the day reviewing and calling back the other companies I had considered before choosing this one as well as taking the blower in myself. I’ve lost several days of good weather, and it will take several more for repairs. If I had not chosen this company, the blower would have been somewhere else days ago and finished by now. Hopefully, I can get it back in working order before the next snowfall.
