They are very knowledgeable and do a thorough job. Their prices are very reasonable. I am satisfied with their services and will continue to use them in the future.

I called the company and worked with Matt. I told him that I lived in a condo and needed my dryer vented, but first had to get permission from the condo board. Matt worked with my to write up the proposal and pictures to present to the board. It took over 2 months, but the condo board finally approved the request. I called Matt to schedule the appointment and we were able to schedule the appoinment within the next week. There were 2 guys that came to do the job and even came early (which was appreciated). I was told the job would take about 3 hours and it only took 2 hours. The guys even cleaned up when they were done and disposed the old venting system that I was using.

They came out and replaced the entire toilet, with an upscale toilet. Also engaged in predatory billing, with an exorbitant trip fee just for coming out, and the hourly rate was higher than quoted. Also, new toilet had problems and required two flushes to flush correctly.

I called on a Friday night because our furnace had gone out and nobody else could come because it was hunting season and it was the weekend before Thanksgiving. So I got on Angie's List and joined and found them on the list. They had good ratings so I called them and they came out immediately. We had to wait about a week without a furnace because of hunting season, but it all worked out real well and was very nice.

We've had him for 15 years. One time we had an emergency in January with a burst pipe and it was flooding the house. He was over at the house in 15 minutes to help fix the problem. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent job, extremely professional, when they left they cleaned every inch of the basement which was amazing. Any questions I had, they were willing to answer or to return and help me out. It was wonderful. They were here for 3.5 days. It was quite a project. I'm glad that I found them through the List.

Quick and efficient. Rocky was in and out in less than 1/2 hour. Nice guy. He knew right away what the problem was and had the part ($237) on his truck. The only thing concern was that the cost seemed high for labor ($105) and there was an extra $30 charge for miscellaneous. Maybe that is what they are all doing now. It would have been a bit classier if he would have told me the cost total and asked my OK before completing the task, but I didn't inquire either. It has been a long time since I needed A/C or furnace repair, thanks to this company, who put the original in years ago.

On time, quickly done, cleaned up well.

We have always had great service from Joe Debelak Plumbing. They come in a timely manner, even calling before to let you know they are on their way. While in this instance there was a problem with the pump, they came right out to correct it.

The new furnace they put in our house works just fine. We did not have any problems with the furnace or the person who put it in. He got it put in and up and running in about three or four hours.

This company has been in business in our area for a very long time. They have many years of experience. We had them come highly recommended. We found that their price was not the very best quote we had received. However, it was not the worst. The gentleman that did the installation were very professional. They represented themselves and their business very well. When they were finished, they checked for leaks. That made us feel real safe. They cleaned up their own mess, and went on their way.

This was a job well done. The only thing is I probably should have just bought another unit after the price. I do not think it was very high, I just feel it could have been a little tiny bit lower. Other than that, everything turned out great. I am very happy with it all. The new duct is heating the room great and I have not had any troubles since.

This company was good. I am a teacher so I know my grading. The only problem I had with them was that they incorrectly wired my new zoning. If there was one improvement they could make, perhaps it would be to do work more carefully. I still would use them again and I still think that all factors considered they are an above average company.

I was extremely pleased with the performance of this company. Their work was done very accurately. That made me feel quite happy. I was so impressed that I have told others to use this particular contracting group. These days it is not easy to find a good, solid contracting group.

I was so happy to have them put in our new furnace. By the time we realized the furnace needed replaced it was already getting cold and we needed it put in as quickly as possible. We picked out our new furnace on one day and they were there the next day to put it in. Our furnace has worked great.

FRONT OFFICE STAFF AND PLUMBERS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. ON BOTH OCCASIONS, THE PLUMBER WORKED QUICKLY, AND GAVE CLEAR AND HELPFUL ADVICE, PARTICULARLY REGARDING PIPES IN OLDER HOMES, PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE, ETC. BOTH WERE PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY WITHOUT BEING OVERLY FAMILIAR, AND WITHOUT DELAYING THEIR WORK TO ''GAB.'' THE TRIP CHARGE WAS A BIT STEEP. OVERALL, THOUGH, THE PRICE WAS WORTH THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE STAFF, BOTH IN THEIR WORK AND THEIR DEMEANOR.

JOE WAS ON TIME, COMMUNICATIVE, RESOURCEFUL, ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL, AND THOROUGH. A SIMPLE INSTALLATION PROVED DIFFICULT WHEN IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE PIPES UNDER THE FLOOR DRAIN HAD DECAYED, TURNING THE JOB INTO A MUCH BIGGER ONE THAN ANTICIPATED. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL, EVEN DRAWING DIAGRAMS TO MAKE SURE I UNDERSTOOD. HE DID NOT CUT CORNERS, CONFERRED WITH THE INSPECTOR WHEN THERE WAS A QUESTION, AND HE CLEANED UP CAREFULLY EACH DAY. DIANE IN THE OFFICE IS ALSO WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. WHEN I COULDN'T FIND COPIED OF PAPERS DETAILING PIPE REPLACEMENT WORK DONE ON THE HOUSE IN 1999, SHE SPENT QUITE A BIT OF TIME LOCATING THE RECORDS ON HER END. DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY IS WONDERFUL. THEY DO A JOB THOROUGHLY, CAREFULLY, AND WELL.

THIS COMPANY WAS SUB-CONTRACTED BY OUR REMODELING CONTRACTOR. WE EXPERIENCED NUMEROUS COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. SEVERAL OF THE WORKERS SEEMED TO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO, AND SOME OF THE WORK LATER HAD TO BE REDONE. THE LAST WORKER THEY SENT OUT WAS COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, BUT HE WAS THE EXCEPTION. I CANNOT REPORT ON PRICE BECAUSE OUR GENERAL CONTRACTOR DID NOT GIVE US THIS INFO.

OVERALL THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, ALTHOUGH WHERE THEY LOCATED THE WATER SUPPLY AND DRYER VENTING FOR THE RELOCATED LAUNDRY ROOM WAS NOT PARTICULARLY WELL THOUGHT OUT.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY HIGH. THEIR HEATING SERVICES MIGHT BE BETTER THAN THEIR PLUMBING SERVICES. FOR $800 I COULD HAVE BOUGHT A NEW REFRIGERATOR FOR THAT COST.

THEY ALWAYS BRING SOMEONE TO TRAIN. YOU KNOW THEY WILL BE AROUND.

HAD PROBLEM WITH FURNACE BUT THEY FIXED IT.

GOOD WORKMEN, THEY KNOW NEW PRODUCTS, VERY HELPFUL.
