Description of Work: Oil Change, oil filter, tire rotation, and new cabin filter and 30,000 mile check. They were close by, courteous in responding to a voice message. Booked me right away, explained everything and the price seemed competitive as I had called a few Angie's List auto service providers for an oil change and tire rotation quote. This is a very clean but no frills place. I needed work done on the car, not a cappuccino machine. I was very satisfied with everything. British accent a bonus.

Description of Work: Stellar service. My 2005 Town and Country needed a catalytic converter replacement (and a bunch of other repairs). Aaron and the team found everything that needed fixing, and then let me know what needed fixing now and what could wait. I followed their recommendation, and the van is great to drive again now.

Description of Work: I had a truck with 175,000 miles on it that had been sitting all winter with a brake problem and a door jam. I am new to town so I took it to Westside based on Angies List to have them give me an honest opinion on whether I should repair or donate. They found some other issues and the repair bill was around $1200 (not including tires that needed replacing). I thought this was a fair price and was willing to pay for it if that would keep the truck running for a while. Surprisingly the mechanic advised that instead of spending well over $1k with him I should donate or sell the car. He thought that while the car would run with these repairs, he was not confident that it would keep running given the age and situation. I was charged $50 since he had to take apart a door before we knew of other issues. He asked me prior to taking the door apart and told me that would cost $50 so this was not a surprise. I actually thought with all of the inspection he did that it would cost more. Go to Westside if you want an honest opinion. While I am sad to lose the truck I would rather not spend the money if I do not have to.
