Description of Work: We purchased a "big deal" through Angie's List. Our fireplace had not been cleaned for at least 3 years. Joel was very responsive and did a thorough inspection and cleaning. The fireplace definitely worked well after the cleaning. I would pay the normal price for his services.

Description of Work: No services performed as he never kept any appointments that he made. Made initial call on Monday - he called right away and made appointment for Wed. He called on Wed & couldn't make it, Set up appointment for Sunday -his choice. Was windy and rain threatened on Sunday so he cancelled. Said he would call on Monday , Nov. 12 before he came. Never heard from him again.

Description of Work: I tried to contact Jake twice. He agreed to drive by and check the chimney. He never showed. He randomly called me two weeks later and said he would stop over the next day. Again, he didn't show up.
