Way better than I had expected. I thought I could do it myself but of coarse that didn't go as planed so I gave them a shot and it turned out great they made it look easy. They were very clean and neat. I would highly recommend them.

Serviced air conditioning unit and furnace and checked and installed new filter. Sealed gas leak on furnace. Top notch service, we will be calling Ruffalos for future services!

I have heat. Enough said. I've been in similar situations where the co. Is trying to rip you off. I understand in the future or other circumstances, it wouldn't be this easy, but when a company earns your trust, you feel good knowing you are in good hands and not a victim to someone.

I would recommend Ruffalo heating and cooling to everyone. This man has been an amazing help to me. I bought my home in February 2015. So winter was kicking in high gear. After a few months I was freezing. I called and Ben got to me that evening. Only question he asked was " is there children in the home?" I have 2. Without hesitation they were at my home after his other jobs at 8 pm. He cleaned and did the required maintenance on my furnace and showed my what vents to close of to keep heat going to main living areas. ( I need a bigger furnace due to remodeling so he did what he could till I get new one) all winter we were warm. Super happy. May 2016 the first few hot days my ac stopped working. I had to work but Ben went to my home accessed the situation and notified me what needed to be done. Mr Ruffalo also kept in mind my financial issues and worked with me. This company is amazing. A self started , we'll educated individual with a genuine care about people and pride in his work. You can NOT GO WRONG HIRING Ruffalo heating and cooling. I will NEVER use anyone else. Late in evening we had discover that the heat was not functioning or working properly. Our home was getting colder by the minute. We called Ruffalo Heating and Air and they sent a Technican out immediately. We did not expect a Technican to be as prompt but we were so thankful! The Technican fixed the issue within a half hour and we haven't had any further issues ever since!  The Technican was friendly and professional explaining everything that went wrong and educated us on future maitance recommendations. To make things even better when I was handed the bill, I expected it to be far more expensive especially for after hour pricing.  This company IS VERY AFFORABLE AND RELIABLE! We plan on scheduling some routine maintenance for not only our furnace but our central air unit for the summer months that are coming soon! Thanks again RUFFALO HEATING!
