She did fine, but i think she charged twice as much as I would have had paid her. Now, I look a little harder to find somebody else. I was satisfied with the service she provided, but her service price is expensive.

Lori is very good at working around us (sometimes we have to change days). She does a great job EVERY time.

A friend recommended Lori's services to me. The first time i had her come and give me an estimate and it was very reasonable. We have a 4 bedroom house. As promised, she came on time and got to work. When I returned back from work, my house was sparkling clean. I was very pleased to come to a very spic n span house after a long time. I was initially planning on having her come once a month to clean the house. But instead now she comes twice a month and does a wonderful job. Before she comes, she always asks if I have any special requests tc. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

I actually had Lori clean my mom's house instead of mine, so I will relay the impressions my mother had of Lori's service. Overall, she was very impressed with Lori's service. Lori and her husband arrived on time, were open to cleaning requests, and were at the house for about 2 and a half hours. They moved furniture around to do a complete vacuuming,dusted the house, and scrubbed the kitchen (including the appliances), the bathrooms, and the floors. Per mom, the house was spotless after the cleaning! Mom is very interested in having Lori clean on a regular basis in the future.

Always show up on time, and are very pleasent to work with, Lori and George do a thorough job of cleaning our home every time.

Lori's service was excellent, from top to bottom. She and her husband do a wonderful job and are very warm and personable. I had been looking for a monthly cleaning service for a while and all the other companies I tried either didn't do a great job or charged too much considering the small size of our house. Lori also returns calls promptly so scheduling is easy. Finally, we recently had a baby and Lori was very accommodating while we were upstairs, starting downstairs to give us time to get ready and get out of the house. I highly recommend Lori Maid!

They were very Prompt and overall responsive yet the quality was not great very rushed and somethings such as laminate floors looked worse after they finished.

Overall, I was very pleased with the way my house looked when they were done. I'm a picky person and I couldn't have done a better job myself.

Lori and her husband arrived promptly, came in and we introduced ourselves. I showed them every room of the house and where they didn't need to clean. Our home is one story and we have no basement, so the furnace room doesn't need to be cleaned. I also asked that they not use water to any excess on our parquet wood floor and showed them what I use. Also told them they needed only to use water on our kitchen linoleum floor. And we have a large oil painted family photograph in the living room that I asked they no touch. They asked if I had a vacuum cleaner and I got that out for them to use. Basically our house has 4 average to small sized bedrooms, living/dining combination, kitchen and family room. My husband and I left the house and they asked that we return in 2 to 2-1/2 hours. We returned in two hours and went to a finished room and waiting for them to finish. They announced they were done and said if there was anything I wasn't satisfied with to call and they'd come back and redo the area. We chatted about how long they'd been in the USA, etc. Both are lovely, personable and friendly. Since I bought this service as an Angie's special I asked Lori how much they would charge to clean my house once a month and she told me $120.00. Judging from what my friend's pay their house cleaners I find that high. I would like to keep it at no higher than $100.00. For example, my daughter has a large two story home with finished basement including 4 bedrooms, two baths, living and dining room, enclosed furnished back porch, etc. and pays $85 twice a month. But Lori has to come from the south side and I'm sure she's taking into consideration the travel time and expense, and I can't fault her for that. Perhaps If I tried someone more in our area the price might come down. However, all in all they did a beautiful cleaning job and we're very, very pleased. Peg and Bill Schommer

She did a wonderful job as I am in the middle of remodeling and had a number of areas of boxes, etc she had to work abound. Also have two cats that shed fur.

Lori and her husband, George are great! I called just a couple weeks before Thanksgiving, hoping to be fit in to the cleaning schedule before Thanksgiving. Lori was so nice and easy to work with to fit us in. They were prompt to our home, efficient, thorough, polite, and just simply great people. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have a super clean house.

First, they were very flexible with rescheduling after we had to cancel the first appointment. It took two people about four hours to clean our 4 bedroom bungalow. They were focused and thorough, and also cheerful and friendly. The kitchen sink sparkled, our door frames were dust-free, and the whole house felt new again. Thank you!

Everything went well. They called to ask if they could get started a little early and that was fine with me. I did ask them to do more than we originally agreed upon and was pleased that they could do this.

My partner and I travel almost constantly, and between our hectic work and moving to a house an hour away (not to mention both sets of parents visiting to help with the move), we knew we'd be totally overwhelmed. I purchased Lori's services through an Angie's List coupon to try to ease some of the burden. I've never used cleaning services before, so I was hesitant to spend so much on something that seemed unnecessary. I was so wrong! For the $79, Lori went above and beyond what I expected. She included extra services that I suspect weren't part of the coupon (cleaning the fridge, vacuuming part of the carpeted apartment access stairway, cleaning inside the cabinets) ... this was seriously a steal, and I feel very guilty for paying so little. Lori emailed me within a day of my purchase, and when I didn't respond she tried calling the next day. She was super prompt in returning emails, and even volunteered to come on a Saturday when our schedules weren't lining up. She arrived early to the appointment, and got to work immediately. Lori was kind, professional, and extremely hard working. For $79, I got almost 3 hours of furious cleaning! She insisted that I walk through before she left, to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It was also very handy that she brought her own cleaning supplies, since we'd cleared out the apartment. If Lori would travel to our new house, I would use her again in a second. Unfortunately, we're pretty far out of the city. I cannot recommend her enough!

Lori and her husband came to our house with supplies is tow. They inquired as to my cleaning needs and then went right to work. They were kind and understanding as my 3 year old was getting ready to take a nap, but decided not to and ask a million questions and have a full length conversation with them before they got started. Thank you for tolerating her inquisitive and talkative personality!

Lori contacted me to schedule the appointment very promptly. Lori and her husband arrived early, which worked out great for me. (She called to make sure that would be okay). They did a thorough job cleaning my bathrooms, vacuumed and dusted the kids rooms (even around the clutter that the kids normally have on dressers, desks, etc.). My large great room and large staircase were cleaned/dusted/vacuumed completely. The bathrooms and kitchen got a great deep cleaning. The mirrors in our house shined and the countertops and appliances sparkled. I would recommend this service.

Excellent service. The same day I purchased the special price for this service I was sent an email by Lori asking when would be a good time to schedule. Being very busy I didn't respond (but needed the cleaning!) so she followed-up with a voice message. After a few tries on her part she was able to get a hold of me and I was so surprised that she could fit me in the next week. Today, my house is sparkling, clean and smells wonderful. The wood floors shine, the bathroom and kitchen look new and no dust to be found. I am so impressed with the dirt, dust and food stains they were able to remove from my son's room! Everything was great. Very professional and persistent to make sure I was happy. Thank you!

Lori has been cleaning our house every other week for the past few months. She does an incredible job! I first found her information on Craigs List and asked her to come and give us an estimate and to bring referrals. She was extremely professional and seems to be really working to grow her business. The first time she came she spent approx. 6.5 hours doing a deep clean of my home (which is approx 2100 sq ft). She cleaned every nook and cranny and had the place looking amazing! Every time since she has shown up exactly when promised and has continued the terrific work. She brings her own cleaning materials, which was something the prior cleaning person I used did not do. I like that feature, however I do love my Dyson vacuum and asked her to use that at my home since I have a dog and I think that vacuum does the best job with dog hair. I leave the door open for her on the days she is coming and she is fine with having my dog out and milling about while she cleans. She is very professional, great to work with, responsive and thorough. She has also worked with my schedule and has been flexible to scheduling changes. I have already referred her to friends and they have also loved her work! I would definitely recommend Lori's work to others.

Lori and her husband were waiting for me when I arrived, prompt as prompt could be. They were very polite and a joy to work with. They brought in their own cleaning supplies, even though I would have been happy to supply or let them use what I had in the house. They asked a few questions, we did a brief walk through as I explained what I was looking for and then they went straight to work. 2 hours later, the house was spic and span clean. I couldn't be happier.
