One word...WOW. I needed a rental unit cleaned between tenants. My turnover window was small, and when I told Lori, she fit me in the very next day. She stayed in contact with me about the exact time she would be there, so that I could plan my time to leave work to let her in. When she and her partner (her husband, I think?) came, we walked through the apartment and talked about what needed to be done and what didn't (for example, I don't think my prior tenant ever used the oven, so it didn't need to be cleaned). I left to go back to work and came back to a sparkling clean unit. They got out the stain in the bathtub I thought would be there forever and everything else was beautiful from top to bottom, including baseboards, window sills, and stairs. My past tenants should be jealous that they didn't have this clean of a unit to move into. I will definitely use Lori again.

The couple have a routine for cleaning and bring their own supplies and stair vac. I supply the household vacuum which I prefer anyway. I had a specific request to use a special cleaner on the food preparation surfaces and that request wasn't a problem.

I saw that there was a Big Deal for Lori's business. The offer was $79 for a deep cleaning service. I booked the deal and emailed Lori explaining that I had purchased the Big Deal and when would she be available to come out to my place to perform the service. She responded quickly that same day with a phone call. We set up the date for the following week (yesterday). Lori and her husband showed up on time and proceeded to do an amazing job cleaning our house. We have a large brick home built in 1915 with woodwork all over the place. While I am not a bad housekeeper, I am not the most diligent either. Lori put the shine back into our house. Our ancient shower stall that I can never seem to get really clean she did. We kind of felt bad that we were only charged $79 for the amount of work and the quality of work that they did. I am definitely going to hire Lori to come in on a more regular basis to keep our home looking as beautiful as it does right now. I was not home for the services. I left a dirty house, my husband let them in and gave them a tour of the place and then left for a meeting around 8:30. He returned home around 1030 and they were cleaning away. They finished about 45 minutes later, I believe he said. Efficient and excellent work was done. I came home at noon to a wonderfully clean home and could not stop exclaiming about it for a few hours.

Lori has been working with us for over 6 months. We are very satisfied with the service/cleaning she has provided and definitely recommend her. She is very organized and pays attention to the details. She works with you and is flexible with the time and schedule. Overall I am happy with her

I first hired Lori for a move out cleaning through a friend's recommendation. I was so impressed with her attention to detail and the amount of hard work she put in to clean the whole place. She also charged very reasonably (actually less for the amount of time and effort). For the move out cleaning, she was joined by her husband and they both did a great job and they were quite fast too! What I liked about Lori was her being so professional, punctual and most importantly, so good at her work. I subsequently hired her at my new place and she comes in every 2 weeks, Every time she comes home for cleaning, I look forward to return from work. I am always amazed to see how CLEAN the whole house looks! She does a wonderful job! She charges a flat rate and is not bound by time like other big companies. Because of this, she ensures that every cleaning job is done well. I am so glad that I have found Lori! If you like a clean house and don't want to spend a fortune, hiring Lori would be the right choice!

Lori is perfect. PERFECT! I cannot recommend her highly enough. Very thorough and detailed. I am always thrilled with my floors, my kitchen, my sparkling bathrooms! She cleans more than I even ask her to clean. I never have to worry about her skipping over some thing or leaving items scattered around. She even picks up a few things if I can't get to them ahead of time. The price - $80 for my 3-BR 1.5 bath house, very reasonable for everything she does. As a bonus, she is incredibly kind to me and to my son. I recently had a baby, and Lori got him a gift, a little onesie. Unexpected, but very typical of her, so thoughtful. My older son plays with her sons when they come to pick her up - running around in the yard. A very nice family.
