Owner came out on a Saturday morning to replace a rotted pipe connector for the drain for bathroom sink. After replacing, noticed drain was slow, so he took it apart, and ran a power snake to clean out the old existing pipe to the main drain stack. Then put it back together, no leaks, and very patient in explaining what needed to be done.

We were in the middle of a basement remodel and on a deadline. The inspectors had a list of things that needed to be fixed and updated. Overall, Van Schyndle exceeded my expectations. Even though he had another big job that day, he showed up right after on short notice and got the job done in one day! He was very friendly and answered all of the question I had. Absolutely no mess was left behind. He even took the concrete pieces to dispose of for me that I had broken up 2 days before at no extra charge!

The service was impressive and excellent.

It was great. Mark came out very quickly after I contacted him on here for an estimate. He had that to me within a few days. Once we were ready to proceed, he had a contractor out to look at the concrete work within a few days and they were able to complete that part the day after. The hot water line and other plumbing was completed the following week. Mark was very easy to work with and flexible. We were out of the town when the final work was completed and were very pleased to see everything done when we returned.

It went great. Mark was easy to communicate with. He didn't mind that I watched the cartridge replacement, and gave me some tips for when I do it myself next time. The outdoor faucets repair went smoothly as well. Since they were probably leaking due to poor winter maintenance, he gave some tips on how to avoid the issue next time. His estimate was accurate, and he was quickly available to do the work. I can't complain!

They sent someone over the day I called for an estimate. The other two companies I called had to set appointment for later in the week. VanSchyndle was the low estimate. In one case it was $225 less and approximately $100 less than the other. The plumber sent out was personable but not overly chatty and got right to work. Everything went as expected. We were very pleased with their service from the time we called for an estimate to the finished job.

Mark was on time and took about 2 hours start to finish. There was a slight leak that developed and Mark returned early next day and corrected the problem at no additional cost. I would definitely use him again for any plumbering work.

I checked Angies list and called Mark Van Schyndle. I told him that I needed an estimate on the work. Mark contacted the tenants set up a time to get into the house and called me and told me it would cost $130.00 to fix both the toilet and the kitchen faucet. Mark was very understanding as I had to reach my husband who was out of town to get it okayed with him. The next morning I called Mark and told him to go ahead with the repairs. Mark again had to contact the tenants and set up a time for them to let him in. Later that afternoon Mark called me and said that the repairs were done and it was only going to be $84.39 for both repairs. About $46 less than he quoted. Needless to say Mark Van Schyndle is our plumber for life!

Upon contacting this plumber, he went out of his way to get to our home as quickly as possible, told us what needed to be done in the most economical way, and resolved the problems. We were very impressed with his flexibility, integrity, and professionalism.
