K & J Jolin Contractors

They repaired my chimney and added a cap. They aren't fancy but they were prompt and easy to work with. The only cons would be they could have cleaned up the job site better and they could reply to calls better too.

Cleaned and inspected the chimney. Fixed cracks in the chimney. Put on a spark arrestor. He was very nice and professional.

Both owners came here to do the work. They arrived at the scheduled time, did not waste time getting at the work, and finishing it. They were friendly, helpful, and explained all that we needed to know about the work needed, and the work they did. They cleaned-up after their work was complete. The only thing they forgot to tell us was that we should "cure" the material they used to fill a few cracks inside the fireplace. Overall, we are pleased with their work, and the service they gave us.

The examination was quite detailed and the work quality and price was honest.

K&J is especially good at customer service. The man who came to my house was very polite and ensured that no soot got on any surface. He even helped me with the built up soot blocking my view of the fire through the glass doors in front of the fire. This is the second time I've used this company and they were just as good last time showing that customer service is a prime benefit from calling in K&J Jolin Contractors.

First,clean sweep never returned our call,the people that come out from K&J were right on time,wonderful personality,great and meticulous job,even gave my husband a military discount!!!

We will use them again.
