Great job by these folks - very professional and did a great job. Prompt with phone call back to us. Many contractors don't call back and these guys were very good. Friendly and worked hard to get fireplace cleaned in very cold weather. Worked with us when we needed to change time of appt.

They were here the next day after contacting. Showed up on time/ a little early, cleaned up after themselves, were super nice! Kevin actually took some time to teach me how to use and properly maintain the fireplace since we are new to wood-burning. Would highly recommend.

They showed up in an unmarked truck. That always makes me nervous. However, they showed head of the scheduled time and finished the cleaning and inspection very quickly. They were very courteous and didn't leave a mess in the house.
