EXCELLENT! he was the third contractor that i had look at our fireplace and the situation at hand. for the first time i felt that we got an honest and truthful answer as too what was wrong AND options that would help fix it. he was also very prompt in returning calls, flexible with scheudling the appt, on time for the appt, and NO HIDDEN FEES. one of the most honest businesses i have dealt with in years.

He had to reschedule when his truck broke down, but when we rescheduled he was early to the appointment time to make up for the cancellation.

Mr Jolin was prompt, personable, reasonable priced. Being that I do collections I know how to check peoples backgrounds. From what I could tell his was fairly clean. Not pushy on selling you. We talked about chimney tuckpointing and he was willing to let me take the lead for when I was ready for it. I would do business with him again

Prompt response and job was finished on a warmer fall morning. Price was very fair. Also came back on request a month later on request to examine animal damage to fireplace cap. The cap was upgraded to stainless steel at no extra charge to me. I was very pleased.

Kevin Jolin was very profession and thorough. He made sure to clean up and put everything back in it's place. I really liked his friendly observation of future repairs, which was not pushy or urgent. Very commendable service and staff.
