He came a bit early due to expected rain. Did a great job and even cleaned the glass of the fireplace cover.

Kevin was a gentleman.He took his shoes off before entering my house.when he cleaned my chimney & in side my fireplace he was very clean & did not leave any mess inside my fireplace & outside my fireplace. I was impressed with the quality of work at the cost I paid. Their company's estimate was half the cost of another. I expect the reason could be, is that their company, is only the two brothers and the other company has more employees allowing them to keep their costs down. I had our entire house tuck pointed and it looks nice. I was there for two of the three days they were here and they were continually working. I have no complaints.

The company responded by email shortly after request went in on a sunday afternoon, offering specific appointment times in the email. Estimator arrived at the time I checked. He went up onto the roof and looked more closely at what was needed than estimator from another company did. Estimate was lower than other company. Scheduled the project within a few days, completed as promised.
