These guys were extremely proficient and thorough. I am definitely hiring them again. I had other companies that I was looking into prior, but they were so far booked out. It was ridiculous. They had to come give me an estimate and then if they had time they would clean it, but with K & J they just gave a simple quote over the phone. When finished which only was an approximate hour. The phone quote basically got cut in half!!! I believe that you pay for what you get, and quality is key to any job, and I received great customer service, a thorough chimney cleaning/inspection at a decent price, and didn't have to wait.... THANKS GUYS!!!

Very professional, courteous, and cleaned up after he was finished. He completed every thing he quoted me for. I would recommend him to anyone looking for their chimney cleaned and inspected. I will have him do more work for me.

Sharing what I posted on the BBB website here. I had called several companies and found K&J to be the best price option and able to get to my home sooner than the others. I am not at all worried about the old saying of you get what you pay for as I found them to be very professional. They cleaned the chimney and did a thorough inspection. They were honest on what they found and answered my questions with respect not at one time making it seem like I had asked a dumb question. I would easily recommend them to others looking for a chimney service

They called me right away, and were there to inspect (using a 31-point chimney problem checklist) and do the job the following day. Cleaned chimney/fireplace and replaced one of the chimney caps. Very, very nice people and work was thorough. We are so relieved to have had it inspected and the necessary work completed so quickly. Thank you, Home Advisor, for suggesting them!

We hired Kevin to clean and inspect a Fireplace. Kevin was prompt, professional and communicated the facts clearly. We have worked with other chimney sweeps/companies in the past which had tried to up-sell their products and services, Kevin was NOT like that at all. He was honest, informative, letting us know what repairs were needed in the near future and what could wait, plus he cleaned up very well afterwards. GREAT JOB and HIGHLY recommended!

Great company to do my fireplace cleaning. They were prompt, and cleaned up completely afterwards. They cleaned and checked the chimney. I was very pleased and will definitely call them back next time I need this service performed.

they were able to schedule the cleaning within one week. They cleaned, inspected and repaired three fireplaces. They recommended what needed to be repaired and indicated what could wait and what needed to be repaired sooner. They left the rooms so clean I would not have known they had even been there. Great job, very courteous.
