Description of Work: The technician did not show up to fix my broken door spring. I ended up calling someone else. I would give the office staff an A but the no-show tech an F.

Description of Work: The garage door stopped working on Friday night. I called R&R and left a voice message (it was after hours). They called back at 7:30 a.m. on Monday and sent a technician pretty much right away (they offered quite a few options too, including that same afternoon). The tech was on time, courteous and professional. It took him about 15 minutes to fix the problem, adjust and lube the mechanism, and also to replace a worn-down weather strip. All for $90! I will definitely use R&R again and would recommend them to anyone!

 + -1 moreI called to see if they could repair our remote openers. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and gave some simple repair suggestions to try first before I scheduled them to come out. I appreciated the advice, and we will call them if we can't fix it on our own.
