Wallpaper Service
Contacted him in May 2013 to scrape and paint exterior of summer cottage, before end of summer. Gave him combination to key lock box so he could use power and water for job. Never contacted me! Each time I called him, he was busy but going to get to it. Sent deposit as incentive...no action. Called again beginning of September, was told he was just about to start. Arrived at the cottage first weekend in October to pull the pier and winterize the cabin for season. No sign of any paint work at all.
The following week, he re opened the winterized cabin, turned on the power and water, and began scraping the exterior, despite my asking him by certified letter to return my deposit. Had to have him removed from property by the Sherriff, and wrote the deposit off as a lost cause. Had to make a second five hour trip North to re winterize and close the cottage for the second time.
Not the greatest experience I have had!
