Description of Work: I called their service for mainly mice problem in my basement. After they redo the basement insulation and blocking the possible holes that can be the pathways for the mice. I found lots of droppings in the basement after I had been told there wasn't any mice activity for a year. I lost trust in their service. A office lady was very rude and short. I would not recommand this local Orkin. The national call center was very kind. There were a lot of mice droping and activities in my basement.
