Steve and Luke's workmanship was excellent and the finished products were outstanding. Our sales rep was professional and knowledgeable with no pressure. He informed us of the price with no other gimmicks offered in comparison to other companies sales rep who came to our home.

From planning to installation, everything went like clockwork. Every person involved were professional, knowledgable, efficient, and clean. Price was above estimates from other companies but we got the product and warranty we felt were the best for us.

I was very impressed. Communication was terrific and everything went as clockwork. Scheduling was very easy and everyone we dealt with was very professional and efficient. Our installer asked for our input on placement of shelves and shower curtain, plus gave his expertise opinion. We are very happy with the end result. Recommended Bath Fitters to a friend who was also very pleased with the end result. Much better than doing a total remodel project and expense.

Fine, when done, BUT, a worker hit/cut a water pipe with his power saw & there was a MAJOR water leak in the bathroom, & thru the floor to the lower level rooms, closet, and furnishings. He called the Co. for helpers to come, and they worked hours longer than the job should have taken. Also they came back a week later to do some additional repairs. I know “things happen,” but I hope I NEVER have this kind of experience again!

I was quoted $28,000 from another provider to remodel my downstairs bathroom, so putting an $8,000 shower stall in there was one of the best things I've done in a long time. They were here and did the whole thing in one day. There were two people here. I would definitely use them again.

The plumber - Joe - arrived promptly and removed malfunctioning water controls and installed the new copper fittings on Wednesday afternoon and nicely cleaned up work area. Dave and Dan arrived promptly first thing Thursday morning and began the tear down. Despite running into an extremely difficult tear down - thanks to the owner's previous efforts to build a surround that would never leak - Dave and Dan were able to complete the build by 5 pm. The final job is beautiful, very nicely detailed and has a very professionally appearance. They did a very nice job of cleaning up and removing all the debris after the job was done. They were professional at all times - even when dealing with a nervous and talkative owner - and it was very much a pleasure to have them work on my house. Thank You Bath Fitters and THANK YOU VERY MUCH DAVE, DAN, AND JOE!!

They did the work when they said they would. They were actually on time which is unusual for contractors. They were very professional and cleaned up the bathroom. They didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. Their responsiveness and punctuality were very good. They respected our property and the rest of the bathroom. They didn't damage anything and fixed the plumbing.

The sales representative, Gary, provided us with a very good review of the options available to us. We chose the Padova wall system in the color of pearl. None of the tiles on the existing wall were loose or cracked. There were not any signs of mold. Therefore it was not necessary to have them removed before the new wall system was installed. We received a discount on the price because we visited their booth at the recent Realtors Home Show. The work was performed 18 days after we signed the purchase order. The installer arrived on time. He was very polite. He placed runners over our carpeting. He worked non-stop for approximately 9 hours. He cleaned the bathroom floor and garage floor when he was done. Our son and daughter-in-law had Bath Fitter do the same work at their house five years ago. The system still looks as good as the day it was installed.

They came in on Friday to install our plumbing but we could still use the shower until Monday - HUGE if you only have 1 bath! The walls and tub were installed Monday without a hitch and look beautiful. The workmen were on time and very courteous. We couldn't be more pleased with the final result. The quote was exactly what we paid - no hidden or unforeseen costs. The only negative was the salesman came on a bit strong for our tastes - especially on trying to get us to commit that day. He was knowledgable and returned calls promptly when we had additional questions. Overall we are very pleased with the results and have recommended them to friends and family.

Salesman, Tony, explained everything very well and all was done exactly as he said it would be. He also was accessible for questions. Plumber, Joe, was very thorough, came a day ahead to make sure all of the plumbing was taken care of before the install. He replaced some plumbing pipes in wall so that all would be good with the updated fixtures and snaked my drain; he had to remove some tile, but cleaned up afterward and made sure that I could use the tub before the install the next day. I especially appreciated Installer, Matt; he did an outstanding job of installation, removing tile, preparing walls for new surface, while communicating with me and being patient as I asked my questions. Safety bars, towel bar, special shower head with removable spray nozzle, special shelves, curtain rod, etc. were all installed as I wanted them and with my input. He did a great job cleaning up. He reminded me about the appropriate cleaning products and that the product had a lifetime guarantee on material, labor and installation. My new pearl tub/shower looks great. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter.

Everything went fine. The plumbing work was done the first day and took less than 2 hours. The demolition and installation was done the second day. The installer was a little late finding our house but we're pretty far from their home office. It was a long day (as the sales person told us it would be) but everything was done well and left completely clean. The installer even took time to show my mom how to operate the adjustable shower handle before he left. He also had her come into the bathroom to help him place the grab bars. I don't know yet how durable the installation will be but so far it's working great. They dropped the step into the tub by at least three inches.

They completely replaced our old tub/shower. The old stuff was really old and beat up. Also, my aging mother lives with us. The old cast iron tub was a very high in/out step for her and the surrounding enclosure had no grab bars. We wanted to keep a tub (it's the house's main bath) but have a lower step. None of their current products provided much reduction in step but they tossed our request to their designers and who came up with a new design that worked. We were told that it will become one of their standard offerings.

The salesperson was the same one we had 6 years ago, so that says a lot about the company. But when we questioned him about the price (versus what we paid 6 years ago), we were not satisfied with the answers. We felt the price was way out of line, especially considering what was done in our other bathroom at half the cost.
Description of Work
We needed to have our shower checked (no bathtub, just shower). Wasn't sure what route we should take. We knew there was some damage to board underneath tile, but we were unsure of how much. We contacted Bathfitter because they did our other bathroom 6 years ago and the tub surround still looked brand new! So we felt very confident about contacting them again.

Bathfitters did a great job. Very professional, neat and always responsive. New shower, tub and fixtures including shower doors. Because the material used is acrylic one must be careful to use recommended cleaning products. No Abrasives and not Draino or such. Just follow the info and you should be fine. The work took two days. Much better than the week or more a total replacement would take and much less mess.

It went really smoothly. We had used Bath Fiiter once before. They actually were able to get us scheduled weeks earlier than the salesman promised. Plumber came out the day before to put in the new plumbing. The installer arrived on time the next morning. He worked hard all day. Removed the old shower stall, rebuilt the walls behind it, put in he base and then put in the one piece wall system. We had a new shower head, a grab bar, a shower tower to hold bottles and soap, and new doors put on. Start to finish flawless and we love the extra room the one piece system provides.

The sales rep was very professional and friendly, but the prices were far too high compared to other quotes we obtained.
Description of Work
Bath Fitter came to give us a quote to put a liner over our existing bathtub as part of our bathroom remodelling project. The sales rep came to our house on time, removed his shoes, and was very polite and friendly. He even came at 6pm so both homeowners could be present. He asked us lots of questions about what we wanted doing to the bathroom, and explained several features we hadn't thought about. Then we went downstairs to look at the demo materials he had brought. All the demos were really lovely, and very high quality. We decided, at his suggestion, to remove our existing bathtub and shower surround completely, re-do the pipes behind the wall as they hadn't been updated since 1979, and to price the project at what we wanted - rather than just the basics. We figured we could drop the price down later by removing excess features we didn't really need. We chose plain white panels on both the bathtub and surround, and decided to get the waterfall-style shower head. We had set a budget of $10,000 for the entire room, so when they gave us an estimate of nearly $7,000 we were shocked! Granted, we had chosen what we wanted regardless of price, but when he broke the costs down we learned that they would charge $450 to take the old tub away, and another $500 for the shower head we wanted. Those costs are crazy! He also said that the work would take two days, rather than the single day they advertise. Even if we took the costs right down to the bare basics, the work would still have been around $5,000. It's just too much for putting a liner on. At the end the sales rep said, "I know you're gonna call. I can just tell you'll be getting your new bathtub from us." Sorry dude, but not at those prices!
