I tired to contacting on five different times and two different appointments in the beginning. He was responding right away and made appointments immediately but kept having to reschedule before the set time. On the third appointment he did come out. He seemed great and very knowledgable. Since he came out, I have been trying to get in contact with him to follow up with the estimate. I have been trying to get him back out here since last Wednesday to reset the bid. I am still having trouble getting him to respond.

Quick to call me after I first inquired. Scheduled within a week and came right out and completed what was needed, quickly and without issue.

I used them about a year before and they were very thorough and efficient. When I had this problem, they handled it very well. There was one worker and it was the same one that I had before. He was exceptional; he cleaned up everything after repairs and he was very courteous. Everything is holding up very well.

They wanted a $35 dollar fee for an estimate; for which they said I could get back if I hired them! Sorry, but the other 5 plumbers and 3 electricians I contacted did not charge an estimate fee. I personally feel it's a sneaky business practice to psychologically con customers (who've paid the $35 fee) into feeling obligated to go with Tureks. ***The plumber himself and a fair estimate price is what should warrant your decision to use a certain company.... not because you feel obligated.*** I would have been willing to pay the fee if I had simply been asking for a second opinion to help with the negotiations while buying a new house. It makes perfect sense to pay someone for their time. But as I explained to the lady on the phone, it wasn't just the current homeowner that had several things to fixes and upgrades to do before we moved in... and once we closed, then we had several more plumbing projects we wanted done (a kitchen remodel including replacement and extension of the existing plumbing lines for the fridge, a garbage disposal and dishwasher install, a water softener install, and possibly plumbing for a second bathroom if our budget allowed for it in the end).

My water heater had developed a leak, so I called Tureks to get it replaced. They had a suitable replacement on the truck, so it was replaced immediately. The work was done efficiently and there was absolutely no mess left behind.

Turek's installed a high-end kitchen faucet in our Appleton home. It was not a brand that most plumbers would be familiar with, as it is a European company, KWC, but they installed it properly. Eighteen months later we thought there was a problem with it because it was a little loud, so we asked Turek's to return. They helped us determine, with faucet company on the phone, that the sound was not a problem (it was air in the filter that is needed). Turek's did not charge us full price for the visit, which we appreciated. The technician was skilled enough to install an unusual faucet system and understood how to troubleshoot a follow up issue, better than the faucet company, to tell the truth. Yes, I would hire this company again. Plumbing is too important to cut corners in your home. Turek's is local and will work with you on your issues. I recommend them.

The plumber came and quoted us a price of $180-$360 with the average being $250 for sewer pipe cleaning. Per my wife, he was nice and professional. He worked very hard and cleaned the entire pipe from the house to the sewer main outside. When he was done, he came up with a bill of $450. I called the company and they said that they billed by the job. He called me back and told me that he bills by the time he spent on the job. When questioned, he reported that he had to do more work than he thought. Overall, happy with the service, not too happy with the price change at the end of the job without warning. After the job was done, I went downstairs to clean and found cuts in my vinyl floor. Upon calling the company, the plumber wasn't sure if the cuts were from him or not so he decided not to say anything. There are now 2 rips and 4-5 cuts ranging from 1 to 2.5 inches in my vinyl floor in my laundry room. The owner of the company came by the house, appologized for the issue and made things right. I would go with Tureks plumbing again due to their responsiveness to their customer needs and their willingness to make things right.

There were very responsive. There were friendly, personable, and did good work.

I had a reputable competing company come out for an estimate. Its office said that they would get back to me with a time and someone would be out "in a few days". I heard nothing for "a few days" and scheduled Turek's and had Eric here in a day. Eric identified the blower as the issue and had an estimate copy of five options including fixing the blower in my hand before he left. Meanwhile, the competing company's technician finally called out of the blue the following day and said he was on his way. I accepted the visit as a second option and he came to the same conclusion as Eric. He left and said that his office would call me back with an estimate. The call came three days later. Eric was awesome and gave us a lot of advice. The information about the tax incentives and rebates was invaluable. Those incentives will pay for the labor costs. He hung around for twenty minutes on the day of the estimate waiting to here back on the blower replacement instead of leaving. On installation day he was great as well, going through the operations, reminding us to run an empty load of laundry, and giving us all of our paperwork for the incentives. More importantly, he answered all of my crazy wife's questions about unrelated topics. We will be giving Turek's all of our future business.
