It is my 1st evening walking on my newly installed carpet and I have to keep pinching myself. I have observed nearly every step of the install including the repair. Alejandro was knowledgeable and involved me in every decision after listening to what I wanted during the initial consult. His crew were courteous and after making their game plan, each autonomously went about it while keeping things tidied up as they worked each stage. They arrived on time for each encounter and Annie kept up with customer service promptly and was just a joy. This was a prayer answered and I can t say it would be for all...but I called, we worked out a deal and the job was competed in 9 hrs only 3days after meeting them...they are providing me mfr s care and guarantee info (Mohawk) and I do not expect any issues as these next few days pass, but I know all I d have to do is give them a call! Awesome guys!

Quick and easy. They called me on Monday, had someone come by on Wednesday and give me a quote. After the quote, did the repair right then and there, and voila, stretched carpet! I would definitely recommend Munoz Carpet Installation.

The installer was great! He was able to adapt to meet our needs. There was a mix-up, though, with the scheduling. Once I locked in an appointment, I got a reminder call for the wrong day and then my appointment had to be rescheduled. Overall, my wife and I are happy with the work which was done.
