We had regular service but they kept switching days. When there was a holiday they would put it off to another. Their prices were medium-high. The service was not something I cared for.

They did a good job. They were very prompt to respond to my calls and they had the installer out in a decent amount of time. When he came out we realized that some parts of the job could not be finished, but they were very accommodating, and it did get done in the long run.

I called the central office to schedule an appointment. The first appointment had to be canceled from their end but they called well in advance. Tom was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. Tom did more work than I had initially asked, didn't try to sell me anything and saved me some money. The final cost was less than I expected. Thanks to Tom, I would not hesitate at all to call them again.

SERVICE HAS BEEN FAIRLY GOOD. SOMETIMES THEY MISS THEIR APPT TIME AND SHOW UP LATE BY A FEW DAYS. THIS CAN MAKE THE EMPLOYEES UNHAPPY SINCE THEY ARE NORMALLY WAITING ON THE DELIVERY OF NEW WATER. THE SERVICE, WHEN IT ARRIVES, HOWEVER, IS ADEQUATE. BORDERLINE FRIENDLY, BUT DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES IS OK. ONLY ON OCCASION TO THEY FORGET TO CHECK IF WE NEED CUPS AND LEAVE THEM. BUT IF WE CALL TO REQUEST CUPS THAT THEY FORGOT TO LEAVE, THEY WILL BRING THEM BACK OUT.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS TAXING ON MY PATIENCE. THE COMPANY INSTALLED THE SOFTENER, HOWEVER MISSED A MAIN LINE TO THE KITCHEN THEREFORE ALL THE WATER COMING INTO THE KITCHEN WAS 'HARD, OXYGENATED, AND SMELLED OF SULFUR'. IT TOOK SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS WITH CULLIGAN TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
