+ -1 moreI had under the house.And hr Good until they never came back or gave me a courtesy call explaining that the job could not get done .I will never refer any of my friends or family. That's all I needed was a call instead of waiting, and when someone tells me they are going to that I expect it even leaving a message would have been great.
Description of Work: Called, set appointment, a gentleman came on time. Looked at my water heater and bathroom . Said there might be a problem because of space ,and my home being an older home. Said something about having to have to take a look and see what type of pipes house had and would have to go underneath and look at them. He told me he would go back and speak to whoever did the work for going under the house, and I never heard from them again. Not even a sorry we can't help you, or at least call and let me know that they could not install any kind of water softener. So no I will never call them again I would rather use a local plumber, even if the cost is higher.And the only reason I rated so low was because I could have gotten a courtesy call saying that they could not do iGt.G

+ -1 moreThey did a good job. They were very prompt to respond to my calls and they had the installer out in a decent amount of time. When he came out we realized that some parts of the job could not be finished, but they were very accommodating, and it did get done in the long run.

+ -1 moreI called the central office to schedule an appointment. The first appointment had to be canceled from their end but they called well in advance. Tom was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. Tom did more work than I had initially asked, didn't try to sell me anything and saved me some money. The final cost was less than I expected. Thanks to Tom, I would not hesitate at all to call them again.
Description of Work: I called Culligan to service a Mark 89 water softening system at a rental house I own in rural Gig Harbor (Olalla). Their technician, Tom, cleaned the in-line filter, sterilized galvanized pipes with bleach injection to get rid of sulfur smell (well water), delivered salt, and did an extremely thorough inspection and answered the many questions I had regarding the operation/preventative maintenance of the system.

+ -1 moreSERVICE HAS BEEN FAIRLY GOOD. SOMETIMES THEY MISS THEIR APPT TIME AND SHOW UP LATE BY A FEW DAYS. THIS CAN MAKE THE EMPLOYEES UNHAPPY SINCE THEY ARE NORMALLY WAITING ON THE DELIVERY OF NEW WATER. THE SERVICE, WHEN IT ARRIVES, HOWEVER, IS ADEQUATE. BORDERLINE FRIENDLY, BUT DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES IS OK. ONLY ON OCCASION TO THEY FORGET TO CHECK IF WE NEED CUPS AND LEAVE THEM. BUT IF WE CALL TO REQUEST CUPS THAT THEY FORGOT TO LEAVE, THEY WILL BRING THEM BACK OUT.
Description of Work: MONTHLY SERVICE TO REPLACE EMPTY WATER BOTTLES, CUPS AND CHECK SERVICE OF COOLER.

+ 0 moreTHE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS TAXING ON MY PATIENCE. THE COMPANY INSTALLED THE SOFTENER, HOWEVER MISSED A MAIN LINE TO THE KITCHEN THEREFORE ALL THE WATER COMING INTO THE KITCHEN WAS 'HARD, OXYGENATED, AND SMELLED OF SULFUR'. IT TOOK SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS WITH CULLIGAN TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: PAID REMAINDER OF RENTAL AMOUNT FOR WATER SOFTENER PURCHASE (10X54 KDF SOFTENER). RE-INSTALLED TO PICKUP, BY-PASSED WATERLINES IN THE HOME AND CHLORINATE LINES.
