I originally had a specific time (2:00pm) for the pro to show up. At 2:40pm I called to see where he was. The cust svc person said my time was for 2:00-4:00pm. I told her I was not made aware there was a range time frame. My pro called me and gave me his eta and he was here at that time. I wish they had informed there was a range at the time I made the appointment. I am very happy with the pro that showed up and did the work.

Precision Door Service arrived right on time and quickly assessed my garage door issues and set about fixing them. Yea, problems with door and with door opener gone! Thanks. I highly recommend these guys!

I ordered the garage door and the overall process was great, the only thing I recommend is for the technician to be better trained on installation. The first technician that installed the door left a small gap and the the second fixed it. It seems some technician are more experienced and knowledgeable about the overall process. I think this should be consistent. Great technicians, friendly and professionals.

Nathan did a great job of explaining what was needed and what was optional.

Installers were pro's, showed up on time, job completed promptly. Unit works fine. Previous Genie opener worked fine for 30 years. Time will tell how well new unit holds up.
