Lovely guy. I would work with him again. He really delivered. The first door opener was defective (the light wouldn't turn off no matter what we did) and he swapped it out quickly and didn't try to upsell us on anything. He did a lot for us and we are very happy. Quick and efficient. Cleaned up and worked hard.

The only problem I had was with HomeAdvisor. They gave me a quote of $416.00 for the job and when the Precision rep showed up he gave me a quote of $649.00 for the same job. He told me he couldn't get that low, and then he convinced me his was a fair bid.

I called Fernando and he was out to my house the next morning to assess my project. H determined I needed a new door. I asked him how long before I could get it and when he found out I had some urgency to get it done he as here the next day to install it. Called in to request repair of broken cable. Sean showed up same day, evaluated job and pointed out that cable had broken probably because the torsion spring had failed. Sean gave me several options for repairing the garage door. Work was completed quickly and professionally.
