I was really impressed with this company. They were prompt to respond. This home is on an island and they came over on the ferry and had no problem with that. He was very helpful. He came up with a great garage door for me. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

All of the personnel that I felt with were knowledgeable, helpful, fast and courteous. Nate, the technician that cam to my home, was very polite and respectful of myself and my time. He preformed the service that I was looking to have done in an efficient manner. He, also, provided information regarding my garage doors to monitor for possible future problems.

Dane was right on time (actually 5 min early); explain the operation of the garage door & opener; checked its operation; lubricated the door hinges; expain the periodic maintenance; made suggestions on how to extend the life of the door & opener; and was very professional. I would recommend Precision Door Service for preventive maintenance or repair.

precision charged me $800 to replace springs and gears on the opener. I have since found out that this was a $200-$300 job and each time I talked with a different Co. they said "Was it precision?" They are horribly over priced. DO NOT use them. They suck you in with a low service call price!!

The service tech quickly had my door back on its tracks and working good as new. He made some recommendations about some upgrades in the future without being pushy or misleading. When the time comes to upgrade my garage doors I wil definitely call on Precision again.

I appreciated the fact that, after contacting numerous garage door repair services, Precision was the only one that said they could repair our garage door instead of saying that the door was so old the parts were no longer available and that we would have to replace the door. They arrived on time and even did a maintenance check on our other garage door, lubing it and checking the tension, etc. We were very pleased with their service

There pricing were very hi, other then that so far the work is OK.

The company was responsive and did a good job on time but can't rate them on cost as I did not get bids.
