I'm in Olympia,Wa. Nice fella' showed up, on time and did good work. Only 3 stars on value because they are expensive.

He gave us a second opener and didn't tell us he was going to charge us for it. Also, didn't include taxes with his quote.

This week we used Precision Door Service for the first time, and were extremely pleased! The Certified Tech, Ben, is exactly the kind of guy I would want to work for me if I had a small business. Ben arrived promptly on time and was friendly, professional, competent and meticulous about his work. We had purchased a garage door tune-up, knowing that our doors are using 20+ years old openers as well as old springs and pulleys. We knew we were due for replacement of the springs, and Ben gave us a thorough explanation of everything we needed to know in order to make a good decision, without pressuring us at all to make a purchase beyond the tune-up we had paid for. Because we were his last call of the day, it was quite late in the day when we decided that we did want to replace the springs. He didn������t have enough on his truck, but offered to drive back to Lynnwood from our home in Redmond (during traffic hour) to get them, so we could have the job completed that day. He arrived back about 7 pm, and worked until 8:30 at night, taking extra time to make sure that our old doors were balanced so as to get a seal on the garage floor! The entire time he displayed a positive, ������can-do������ attitude, even though he was obviously working late. Wow! And even better - Our doors have never operated so smoothly as they are now! Our first experience with Precision Door Service greatly exceeded our expectations; we are beyond satisfied with the service we received and the job that was done. In the future, when we need any kind of help on garage doors, there is absolutely no doubt who we will call.

The tech tried really hard to get me to buy more than just the broken springs his complete package would have doubled the cost. While the tech was late he communicated regularly with us letting us know he was running late.

Everything said or promised was on point. Time and Price Outstanding!
