Chris showed up early for our appointment called me in advance. He was professionally dressed and very personable. He took the time to educate me in EVERY aspect of what was going in with my door and the process that would occur to replace it in the future. He did not pressure me to buy a new door which I appreciated. Because of this I decided not to seek other estimates when we are ready to replace it. Chris is awesome and I beleive he is a reflection of the company he works for. On top of that he performed the service he was there to do quickly. I will be calling to do business with them again. Awesome customer service.

Not the cheapest but gave honest estimate of what was necessary and what could wait. The garage door finally works quietly and smoothly after 30 years of noise and rumble. You get what you pay for. Would use Precision again.

Garage door fix and installation of opener. They came to estimate the project the next day, then do it the day after that. The technician was courteous, called ahead to say when he would arrive, and followed up by phone afterward to make sure we had figured out how to program the code for the remote entry using the YouTube video he recommended. Excellent service!

Initially we were impressed with Precision Door Service. The estimator arrived promptly and seemed to know exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. We chose Precision Door Service over another company that suggested a different type of installation that would have actually been about $300 less. Once we decided to go ahead it took about a week to get parts, and we were lucky enough to have a cancelation so they were able to come out and install the next day. We were offered a slot at either 9am or 3pm. We took the 9am slot - thank goodness, as here is where things go downhill. Our installer called at the time he should have almost been here to tell us that not all parts had been included, and he had to go pick some stuff up. He was going to be arriving between 11am-12pm instead of 9am-10am. He arrived closer to 12pm. The "easy" job turned out to be a difficult one that took until 7pm to complete. Edit: After reading my review I got a call from Precision Door apologizing for how long things took. I wasn't aware that the stuff for our job had been staged in Kent, and the installer had to drive all the way up to the warehouse in Lynnwood and then back down to the White Center area. We also discussed the quote from the other company, and it was explained that the wall mounted type that mounts to one side doesn't pull evenly and tend to wear out faster, so that's why it wasn't recommended. To be completely fair they were fixing the jury-rigging that the house flippers had done with the previous ill-fitting garage door and track, and the job turned out to be harder than they thought during the estimate. As the old saying goes "If you don't have time to do something right the first time, when will you have time to do it right?" While the job took way longer than we might have liked, I'm sure it was done right, with the right materials, and for a fair price.

Great customer service. Very professional installer and knowledgeable. Showed up ontime and finished quickly. Cleaned up after the install was finished without me having to say anything. I had a new garage door opener installed and springs replaced.
