As with most repairs, the anticipated cost rose with the scope of work - as expected. Having said that, my garage door, which would not close and when working was very noisy, is now working and quiet. Quick response, courteous service.

They were punctual, professional, and a reasonable price. That in conjunction with their high rating caused me to hire them. I was even further pleased with their honoring the coupon I found online here, and the installer they send, Rawlley, was a pleasure. He was knowledgable and very easy-going. I would recommend both him and this company to anyone/everyone.

Even though it was well below freezing and snow covered the driveway, Mike was on time, and completed the work with a smile and explained everything to me. A great job. He also pointed out other details that need repair but we both agreed to wait for better weather.

I recieved quick friendly service from my first enquiry on Home Advisor to completion of the project. Carlo did a thorough inspection of the existing opener and attempted a repair. After discussion a new opener was fitted being better and quieter than the old one and at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this company for both repairs and replacement.

I highly recommend the technician whose name is Ben Bahr. He is very professional and detailed. He did a great and thorough job. I would also like to mention Becky, the office manager. She is very responsive and customer-oriented. I will definitely use Precision again for future projects.

Had to call the company to set up the appointment because they did not receive the request from Home Advisor. A Home Advisor rep called me Sunday morning to let me know that Precision Door did not receive the request for some reason. Called Precision Door direct and the repairman was at my house 2 hours later on Sunday. Tyler Cease did a great job. He explained various repair options and pricing. Very professional. Would definitely use again.

Product and installation was good but customer service was horrible and told false or incorrect information on battery backup and 2 months after installation problem still not resolved. In fact, in spite of several times contacting company still no one has responded to my questions. I would not use them again and will not recommend them because I'm sure I could find another company with as good a product and better customer service. I am updating review as they finally got a hold of me and lack of quick contact was partially my fault and voicemail issue. They did come out and resolve the power pack problem and refunded my cost on that part although I haven't verified that yet but I will. I would recommend Precision Door to friends and family.
