Description of Work: We asked them to inspect, clean and rodent proof our crawl space. Rodent proofing didn't go well. Rodent's -re-appeared in 2 weeks, and then again in 2 months. Every person who came on subsequent visits provided a different diagnosis and advice for next steps. Some even criticized work done by their own people on previous visits. The woman who showed up the first time after rodents re-appeared had the agenda to blame it on the house and within a few minutes of arriving she settled on one of the unlikeliest reasons (rodents coming in through a small hole in garage, going 50 feet or so across, finding another tiny hole to enter the crawl space and then going another 50 feet or so to kitchen, which ignoring the most obvious one, in that they are left a gap in the siding right next to the kitchen unattended).

Description of Work: After we purchased our new home (where inspector had found significant evidence of rodent activity), EE assessed property for rodents and pests/ points of entry/etc, then cleaned out attics and crawl space, blocked rodent access to attics from roof, and put in fresh new insulation. The guys from Eastside were great- very prompt, professional, and worked incredibly h****** some of the hottest days in the summer (in full protective gear, no less). Did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

Description of Work: Inspector did a thorough inspection inside and outside house, with pictures, for evidence of rodent activity. Explained plan of closing off entry points on roof and traps in the attic.The team came out and did the work in one day. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: He went to great lengths to find the source of the wasps. He was very courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend their service.

Description of Work: First they inspected the house to find where the rodents we're getting in. Then they closed all those spots, caught all the critters, replaced all the insulation in the attic. And they hauled away all the debris.
