Description of Work: Had them insulate my attic and spray foam into the exterior walls. Work was completed promptly, well, and they were clean and professional. Only hiccup was they invoiced using their pest control invoices which makes it look funny when claiming rebates/tax credits.

Description of Work: Bought the $99 rodent inspection, turned out that I needed an entire crawlspace cleanout and re-insulation with new vapor barrier. Abatement was also done to seal up the gaps. Once service was done, company offered one year of rodent prevention service that was too high considering I just spent $3000 to redo and secure the crawlspace.

Description of Work: They did an inspection and fixed all the points of entry that rodents could use. We also signed up for their monthly service and monitoring if the bate stations around the perimeter of the house. They did a great job and we will see how the monthly service works with keeping our house rodent free.
