Thorough, respectful to property, professional and polite. Communicated well. Still some work to finish, but so far I am please with my experience with this company and the team of workers that have been out to my home.

They did an inspection and an attic cleaning which was a further service.

The service went fine. They did a decent job. There was one worker that came out. He was fine and he seemed pretty proficient. The work was completed promptly. Most of the feedback was positive.

The staff was wonderful - very thorough, informative and punctual - actually, they were generally early, and called in advance to see if an early arrival was OK.

I purchased this service on an Angie's List coupon deal. This was one of two Angie's List coupon purchases I made in the last two years. Both experiences, though different providers, were similar. As a result, I will not make any more Angie's List coupon purchases. My objective in purchasing this $99 coupon was simply to get a general sense of if our house had any rodent problems rearing-up, or not, and what to do if we did. Our house is small, 660 Sq feet, one story with a lower crawl space and an attic. Not much to inspect. The Angie?s List coupon seemed, after my extensive review of the terms and conditions, a good spend considering our small size. Scheduling was a bit wonky but ultimately, the day of the appointment the technician was punctual, professional, and polite. The inspection yielded little information or next steps we needed, or did not, need to take. I learned little about our need for rodent control, or not. Instead, the information the technician delivered was perfunctory and limited, and the visit felt more like a marketing ploy (that cost me $99) to pitch monthly subscription services or a larger scope of services. Post visit, with help from someone else, we learned what we needed to know to make immediate decisions about rodent control. We had no evidence that rodents had been successful entering either space and we could feel safe holding steady as is. In summary, I'm not certain what I was less impressed by: the coupon service Angie?s List negotiated or the provider?s decision of how to treat customers who purchased this coupon. Since these types of promotional arrangements are often a customer?s very first experience with a provider, to then deliver almost nothing for the time and money the customer gave reflects a short term view of a customer?s value. After all, I own a home and I hate doing the inspection or any pest control myself. If that experience had gone well, I likely would of had the provider out year after year and gladly paid for the service without a discount. Still, my final and only standing opinion is this: that because in the long run this was not a unique Angie?s List coupon experience, my only decision was, "No more Angie?s List coupons". I leave it on the table that this provider could be excellent at their technical services: rodent and pest control.

Eastside Exterminators lived up to their name and helped us to exterminate the rats that have been plaguing us since we moved into our home 1.5 years ago.

The review was very good, however they did miss a spot. I found another access point for the mice. They don't remove any rodents... they set traps. But they set traps next to other traps (I had set) that already had dead rodents in them. And they didn't mention that to me... So... you end up with a lot of smelly little dead mice under your house... which will inspire you to call them back. The follow up price to repair my home and make it rodent free was $9,000.00 + a monthly fee. Which is beyond nuts. The work itself would take two workers one day, and require about $300 is supplies. That is an hourly rate far higher than my overpriced lawyer... and I didn't think that would be possible. (I live in a newer Woodinville home in good repair.)

First off, Max Pappas was great to work with. Excellent worker and provided me upon arrival what to expect and what he would be doing. Used booties on his shoes without me even asking. Provided a complete inspection of my home with pictures and what I needed to do to prevent further issues. Eastside Exterminators has a very valued employee in Max!

We expressed concern about rodents in our crawl space and had Eastside do an evaluation of the problem and they reported that we had a significant rodent problem. They gave us a quote of ~$5,000 to fix the problem by removing and replacing all of the insulation, sealing all possible entry points, and sanitizing the crawl space. The technician provided pictures showing the rodent activity and seemed thorough in his inspection. Given Eastside's cost we had another pest control service perform an inspection. They (company name: Stop Bugging Me) also did a thorough job but came to a much different conclusion. While they did see rodent activity and areas of entry, their course of action was quite different. They sealed the entry points and placed traps to make sure all points of entry were discovered and sealed. They made two follow up visits to inspect the traps and noted no additional activity. All of this cost around $300.

They are not that reliable but they were punctual.

"While the inspection was beneficial in terms of identifying possible gaps to fill in house where rodents could enter, what was real disappointing was the report turned into a carefully detailed estimate to completely reinsulate the underside of house... "bringing $25,000-$30,000 of extra value to house which is beneficial at time of sale." Pretty much direct quote. I expected that a reference on Angies list would eliminate vendors using these kind of tactics. It is interesting that "EastSide Exterminators" showed up in an "Eastside Insulation" vehicle.

They were here earlier than expected, and done by noon. They cleaned up entirely - hauled all the garbage away in bags. That had done service a couple weeks earlier also, very thorough, securing the crawlspace and other places in the building where rodents could enter. Very thorough there, also - did a great job.

They were good. I would recommend them. They came when they were supposed to. They presented a bid that included everything. The contractor that we used for the remodel just sort of left everything in there. We wanted it scoured, cleaned and disinfected. When I got them I said, "Check for anything you can." I felt like I got an honest assessment of the situation. They did very good work. They were super clean. They put boots on every time they came through. They were very careful. The bid was spot on to what they said it was going to be. The work was impeccable. They weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive.

The work was done in 6 phases. On a couple of the visits the workers were pretty late arriving, up to 60 minutes later than promised. Once they arrived the work went very well and they worked steadily. On one occasion the workers were sent to the wrong property, but we worked that our fast by phone, and the work was completed in a timely manner. We set up the work on 3 contracts, with 25% payment in advance and the balance to be paid upon completion, the only really cloying thing was that their accounting office broke each contract down into workday projects and demanded progress payments each day that the work was being done. Since most of the cost was paid by our insurance company, we were required to make the progress payments then at completion, submit for reimbursement from our insurance company. The progress billings did not match our contract, although the total billing was the same, our insurance claim representative was easily confused about how the billings applied to the contracted work. Eastside accounting representative was able to work with our adjustor to resolve the confusion. Overall, a very good job, performed in a timely manner, for a fair price, and I will use them again.

Kevin was very thorough. He took history of previous exclusion and insulation work in crawlspace and attics, took photos of hard to access places and explained what he saw.

Overall went well. Company was very responsive in sending out someone with traps immediately since there was definite activity. Inspection was scheduled for next week. Inspector was very thorough and found the probable entry point and other potential problem spots. There was some unclarity in the brief written report as well as a delay in delivery of the full written report that required several phone calls to resolve.

Wendy was excellent. I had a very positive experience and would definitely use them again.

EVERYTHING WAS TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL WITH QUALITY FROM THE SALESMAN THROUH THE REPAIRMEN. STILL USING ON AN INSPECTION PACKAGE EVERY TWO MONTHS. THESE GUYS ARE GOOD.

Summary: we haven't had mice in the house since May 2014. We have had interactions with several of their staff. To a person all are extremely professional and easy to work with. They go about their work quickly and efficiently. They keep your home clean and neat as they work. They have never tried to oversell. While expensive (my sole B grade), they definitely solved the problem and we're thankful.

I think the service was fine. To be honest, I have not gone up to look but I don't hear any rat. The scheduling was fine. They were on time. It was expensive. Their punctuality was fine. I would probably use them in the future.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It went fine. I have been using them for the last 10 years and they do a good job. They came out right away after the purchase was made. There was no additional charge. They have provided us with consistently good service. I have a contract with them and I use them for our home and rental properties. They are available when I call them and they come out when I need them. They are not the cheapest but their quality is excellent. I get what I pay for.

It went well. They were very prompt. Mostly they cleaned up after themselves. The guy who gave the estimate was right on time. The workers worked really hard.

They were good. They did four visits. They were within a couple of weeks of each other. They did an additional cost on top of the big deal. We had originally serached for ourselves to see where the pest were coming in and we couldn't find it. They came in and spotted it almost immediately and it was several places.

Robert was on time, wore booties, spent a long time checking for entry/exit points around the house inside and out. Took time to explain the problems and the solutions. We were pleased with the work.
