Hi, this is Alex from Eastside (the owner). I would like to respond to the D rating on price. We did a follow up quality assurance call to the home owner a few days after the initial. They had told us that 2 out of 3 items that need repair were competitively priced and one was higher than they expected or thought it might be. The customer had called other company's and asked them over the phone if the cost sounded right for the 1 item they believed to be to expensive. I believe that there is no way to accurately and fairly judge something like that based on a phone call. That is like asking your auto mechanic to estimate your car over the phone. I truly believe we are the most through and passionate company in our industry and our people are the reason why. I also believe that we need take care of them and make sure they are paid properly for their skills and work ethics. I think the D rating is not accurate and is a matter of perception with a customer who might not have understood how difficult the service is. I would welcome any feedback and insights on this so as I can continue to learn to be better. Thank you. Alex
