Description of Work: Gerado called 30 minutes before he arrived, and was right on time. I took about 1.5 hours to replace the gas water heater. Gerado was very cordial and made sure I had all of my questions answered. I recommend Bob's Heating and A/C.

Description of Work: I called Bob's Heating when my Furnace would not start up during a cold weather spell which happened the week of New Year's. Due to the Holiday and a large call volume, I was told that same day service would be at a premium rate, so I told them to come out when they were available which happened to be on New Year's eve.They arrived promptly at 08:00 A.M. and found a suspect part as the furnace had since started working. They had to order the replacement part and they returned on Saturday after New year's to replace the part. The Furnace has worked fine ever since. The part that failed had also failed a year or two ago, so I have learned that I should keep a spare in case this happens again. I felt that the markup on the part was a little high, but overall my experience with Bob's was all very positive and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my Friends & Family.

Description of Work: Our inducer motor seized (we had PSE diagnose the problem). Bob's was very up front about everything. They told us about their diagnosis fee, but because PSE did that, they waived that fee. Their price was approximately the same as two other places we called. We used Bob's based on ratings here and because they are in Woodinville. They were professional and called immediately when the part arrived. They were easy to work with and arrived promptly, and the technician was pleasant and professional. We were so glad to get the furnace fixed before the cold snap!

Description of Work: We called Bob's Heating because they had installed our original furnace and hot water tank. We had them come out to service the furnace for upcoming winter. Hot water tank was 15 years old and we needed replacement. They were on time (after a few mix-ups) and performed service and installation well. We purchased service contract. Techs appeared to be knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Description of Work: The technician cleaned out the condensation unit and changed the old unit so that it performed properly. I also purchased a system to turn the air conditioner off if the condensation begins to overflow, again in the future.
