Description of Work: Furnace inspection and tune up. | |The technician went above and beyond what I expected. Furnace was taken apart, thoroughly inspected, and put back together. | |We had a small gas leak in our water heater gas supply line. Technician also fixed that for free.

Description of Work: Gave estimate and explained the scope of work included to replace an old 90% gas furnace that was red tagged by the gas company. Their estimate was a little more than the company we choose and included taking care of most of the issues left from the previous furnace installer. |They were not as detailed as the company we choose. Had the company we used not been able to preform the work ASAP then we would have been comfortable using Bob's Heating to replace our gas furnace.

Description of Work: Installed Brayant air conditioning unit. The job was done well except insulation on the duct. When they finished the insulation on the duct, it looked really shabby. I complained about that and then after couple of weeks they came and fixed it all. Now it looks very good and professionally done. | |Tip - I didn't like how much they pushed for getting thermostat installed from them. To install NEST, they were going to charge $200. They kept scaring me with all horror stories about frying the furnace or electrocuting myself. | | I did it by myself in less than 30 mins. Beware of those scare tactics.
