UPDATE: We did receive a nice letter back from the owner along with a gift card. We appreciate the response. While I had a pleasant experience buying the products, the rest of the experience was downhill. I am giving them bad ratings based on their installation and follow up. The sales person as well as the scheduler both agreed and validated the schedule for the tile and carpet installations. This required me to plan ahead, take time off of work, hire help to assist with moving furniture, etc. The tile job was promised to be a two day job and it went to four days, with two people most of the time. I was promised two people for the carpet install and got one person. I was promised 2 days and it took 4 days (he finished late on day 3 but I wasn't able to move furniture back until day 4 so I was out another day of work). The company uses sub-contractors and they were nice enough guys but they were not professional in terms of being on time, working thru the day (they left for other jobs during the day) and completing the job on time. Not to mention that at the 11th hour, the installer left a hot iron on the carpet, attempted to patch it (in a very conspicuous place) and then didn't bring it to my attention. We had to confront him about it and insisted he pull that piece out and replace, which he did but that meant he had to get creative with the rest of the carpet so we have more seams that we should. This also meant he had to order more carpet to complete the job. When he did return to finish the job, he also fixed a few areas on the tile grout in the kitchen that were poorly done. Thank goodness I was watching because he had the wrong color grout. Suffice it to say, they carry good products and have a nice sales person but they have a bad situation with their installation. My neighbor mentioned this to me after I had put my deposit down and boy, I wish I had talked to her before that. I wrote a letter to the owner of the company but have yet to hear a response. I paid it all in full and was happy to walk away from them forever.
Description of Work: I selected tile for my kitchen floor and carpet for my home from Karpet Korner in Wenatchee. They are responsible for installation as well.
