Description of Work: I have used the Cleaning Authority for 5 years or so. They do a consistently good job. When something is missed a phone call fixes the problem. Their rotations system assures a deeper periodic clean to each area.

Description of Work: Neded to have home cleaned in order to sell it. We had a eldery sister pass away. | |Both bathrooms,kitchen, 2 bedrooms, hallway and living room had not been really cleaned for 2/4 years. |Every thing shined as if they were new. Description of Work: Cleaned 3500 sqft house biweekly. Did a good job with regular cleaning for the most part. Was disappointed with our move out cleaning and had to call to get them back to correct some things we asked them to do but didn't. Even then I ended up having to do some extra cleaning on my own. Rarely had the same team each week so always felt I had to be there to explain some important details every time. Seems like a few of them couldn't speak English so it was frustrating trying to communicate and something didn't get done properly as a result. When we packed to move out of our house we found a few items that had been broken and hidden, including a handblown glass angel that was given to us in memory my mom who had passed away. Since the workers did not notify us of damaged items and just tried to hide them, I give them a D for professionalism. They also broke our Bona mop which the company paid for a replacement promptly when notified.

Description of Work: whole house cleaner. have been using them for years to clean my house on a bi-weekly basis. For the price, they couldn't be beat based on when I initially looked at hiring a house cleaner.

Description of Work: Housecleaning - monthly service. For the most part, they do ok. Have broken a few small items in the past - nothing major or recently. Different team each month and show up at different times of the day. Very responsive when asked for schedule changes. Two small price hikes in the past couple of years.

Description of Work: Housekeeping service. They come every two weeks-provide quality house cleaning. They arrive on time and I have never had a complaint with the services provided. They are easy to contact and reply to questions and are very flexible if I need to alter the date of the cleaning service.

Description of Work: I went from a private housekeeping service (two people)to The Cleaning Authority last year. The manager came out and met me and went over my house and their services which are priced based on the size of the home. Every other week, the cleaning team leaves me a note of what they did as they rotate areas of attention each week. They are easy to contact on email and responsive to schedule changes.

Description of Work: Beth cleaned performed an amazing cleaning in a very difficult situation. She was professional and very efficient. She is also a very nice person.

Description of Work: I have been using them for a few years and they have been wonderful. Their price is lower than most companies as they focus on certain parts of the house for a deep cleaning in a rotating week method, while the rest of the house gets overall general cleaning. It works out very well and definitely keeps the costs down.

Description of Work: I had two experiences.. and that was two too many. I had them do a move in... the house was in pretty good shape.. just very dusty from remodeling. Bathrooms, kitchen etc were all clean before... all the had to do was clean counters, floors, etc. I asked for all surfaces to be cleaned. .. The did not do the refrigerator or the top of the cupboards.When I called them about it the answer was.. oh we don't do that. What? Then when I found out the floor was not touched under the fridge, Shawn's excuse was that "We can't ask the girls to do that". They had a man here ... and the fridge is on wheels! So they are sexist and lazy? Shawn always referred to the females as girls. While the cost was very expensive for not much work, they did offer me a discount on the next cleaning. So I thought I would try them again. On the move out.... they didn't get the main bathroom counter clean, there was dry toothpaste on the counter... and the floor around the toilet was not clean. I called them about this as well and someone went out to correct it.. but was there about two minutes and left without cleaning the problem area. Also they did not do the inside of the fridge... which I did not know they would not do. Perhaps next time I should ask a company what they don't do rather than what the do do.
