Description of Work: They inspected my washer (for free) and helped me what to get. They recommendation a washer made in America with a good warranty.

Description of Work: He took care of the problem. Computer for double oven went out right before Thanksgiving. Sent to Whirlpool to rebuild and got installed the day before Thanksgiving. A little costly but he made the extra effort to get it installed in time for the holiday

Description of Work: They had to diagnose why the ice maker stopped making ice. Needed to replace a part. Tenant was very pleased with the service and being on time.

Description of Work: We had a leak from our refrigerator. He examined the problem and had to return the next day with the repair parts. Solid service.

Description of Work: Bought a WASHER AND DRYER ( NEW ) They go through all of the Laundry sets and explain every thing to you and let you choose( or not) the one's you want |No pressure to buy, also they have your items in stock.

Description of Work: They came to check out our running but no longer cold 18 year old refrigerator. After a quick 5 minute diagnosis, the repair person said that the coolant had leaked out and that the compressor would also need to be replaced. The cost would be almost 1/2 of what a new appliance would cost, so we chose not to repair. They did not delay in coming, but were there the same day (I think).

Description of Work: Steve B. came in and fixed my washer. Unfortunately, it needed a part and I had to wait a week for it due to the holidays. Steve was going to replace another part, but after inspecting the washer realized it wasn't worth it. Instead of just replacing a $ 150 part, he checked to see if the rest of the washer was in good shape and it wasn't. Steve was informative and helpful. He modified his schedule so I did not have to take a day off work. He was exactly what an Angie's List customer expects from a repair person.

Description of Work: The door lock on our washer would not lock, hence the washer would not wash. Service came out, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered a part, showed my husband how to put it in and was done!

Description of Work: Our KitchenAide clothes washer stopped working. I called and scheduled an appointment for service. Someone from The Appliance Clinic called to further discuss why the washer stopped . After a brief discussion they were able to solve the problem by phone. This is very valuble because I would have to pay for a service call and nevwer really known the difference. Honest People.

Description of Work: I have called or used the services of The Appliance Clinic several times over the years. A few times I have asked them questions without them making a service call, they have been very helpful over the phone and I have been able to resolve the problem myself with their help. The few times they have needed to come to my home they have been prompt, professional, thorough and the price has been reasonable. The last time I called (May 2011), I was having problems with the washing machine. They again were very helpful by phone, but then the 16 year old washer began having addition problems, so we purchased a new one. I cannot express how grateful I am for the help I have received from The Appliance Clinic. I definitely call them when needed.

Description of Work: Steve was very friendly and did a super job. He gave us some great tips to increase the life of our products while repairing our washer. I will use Appliance Clinic any time we need a service call. Thanks Steve!

Description of Work: Called to get estimate on washer repair. Washer was older and by the time he was done, it needed a few things repaired. I trust what he was telling me was true because I realized why my clothes weren't getting as clean after he explained how the washer worked. He was very knowledgeable and said he would be happy to fix it but I might consider getting a new one since it was an older model and was very informative as to what to look for and consider if I was to look for a new one. I appreciated his honesty and information and not just trying to make a buck at my expense. The only service he performed was the service call. I ended up buying a new one. (Not from his store.) Sorry, this was a few months ago, and I can't remember his name.

Description of Work: We broke off the upper unit washing arm. The replacement was perfect and the knowledge about the product was excellent.
