Paul and his crew did great job completing the deck.

Paul was wonderful to work with. Extremely happy with the work that was done. My wife had an idea she wanted done and Paul incorporated her idea perfectly. Timely, cleaned up daily and kept us well informed as the project moved long.

Paul's bid was about the same as company "C" but the big difference was that he replaced the entire deck substructure (framing) after determining that our old one was old and not sufficient and not built properly anyway. The end result is that his bid included the substructure replacement. His price was very fair and the workmanship was of high quality. He was polite, agreeable, and he welcomed our input on the project. He finished well within the timeframe he quoted. We found Paul to be honest, professional and he showed a high degree of integrity. They also cleaned up the work area very well.

I'm really happy with the work they did. It looks great. Paul was friendly and gave me tips on maintaining the wood. Highly recommend.

We had previously (two years ago) updated portions of our deck with a TimberTech-like material. There was a part of the railing that was coming apart from the post and that same area had also settled some. Paul came out and determined that the original installer had not done the proper installation on parts of the deck and that allowances should have been made for the shrinking/swelling of TimberTech. Paul is so knowledgeable I wish we had used him for the original deck remodeling two years ago. He came out and repaired our deck and even made a separate trip to come back and do some more minor work on it at no charge. He was more than fair in his pricing and if we ever need anything else done to the deck, he's the one we will call.

Their price was exactly half of all of the other bids. The installation was done very well. We bought Brazilian hardwood which they did a great job installing. They used stainless steal screws because we live on the water. They did the work according to the book and cut everything accurately. Everything with the deck was done perfectly.
