It was overall 100%!!!!! Very personable, answered all questions, very timely, and just made a horrible experience as good as it could be.

I am very environmentally oriented and try to avoid pesticides etc. I interviewed a couple of pest control companies and chose Pioneer because of their willingness to trap. They answered all of my questions and were knowledgeable about Integrated Pest Management. Matt took extra care when entering my home and was very attentive to all of my concerns. I would highly recommend them. They are not the cheapest, but I felt comfortable with them and that is worth a lot.

Don was prompt, personable, polite, and professional. He did fast and thorough work. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again.

They gave us a 30 day guarantee. We found more ants after a couple weeks and had them come back out for no extra charge. Very professional prompt courteous polite and informative.

I called and they came the same day. The work wad performed quickly and the ants are gone. Great job, great service, great recommendations.

Previous company came monthly, and we still had ants, damage to the house, and rodents. Pioneer comes quarterly, is very meticulous, gets wasp nests under eaves (even second story), and is very professional. We don't see ants outside or mice inside anymore.

My property turned out to be a real squirrel factory! We trapped at least one squirrel each day for the next 6 days, with a total of 8. I was impressed with the effectiveness of their methods. They were very responsive and always came out the day I called to inform them that a squirrel had been captured, even on the weekends. The only downside was a misunderstanding about the pricing. When Mike originally explained the pricing, there was an initial $150 payment and then an additional $79 payment on the next visit to retrieve a squirrel. I thought this amount would also cover all additional squirrels. Unfortunately, this was wrong. The actual cost was $79 PER visit. To their credit, when I called to explain that I had misunderstood, we worked out a compromise and the work got done. I'm sure that this was an honest misunderstanding.

I called at aroun 9-10 AM and they were able to get someone out to me that same day around 5 PM. All the work was completed quickly, in about 30 minutes.

Bruce, who I initially spoke to, managed to get me in the same day that I called. The technician was very nice and polite. Excellent experience.

I have a squirrel issue. The owner explained what I need to do to rid myself of the issue with no charge. The squirrel is no longer an issue and I am most happy.

I got an immediate return phone call. Even though they don't do the work described, they referred me to another company they work with that does perform this service. Pioneer contacted the other company on my behalf, I didn't have to pick up the phone! Then, a few days later, they called me again to make sure the other company had called me back and that I was all set. I was very impressed with their responsiveness, given that they made no money out of this.

I had Bumble Bees and yellow jackets under my deck. I e-mailed Pioneer Pet on a Sunday and received a phone call (unexpectedly) within an hour. They came out Monday afternoon and sprayed between the deck slats where the bees where coming out. The man suggested that we might need to spray a second application after about a week if there where still bees present. It's been two weeks and I haven't seen any bees for over a week!

Mike was excellent in explaining to me the procedure. He was right on time and very conscientious about the work he performed. He was in uniform which gave his company a professional attitude and appearance which is important. The price was reasonable. I haven't seen any little ''critters'' since he sprayed, so the job he did was good. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Our experience was very good. I called on Friday and had service on Monday. Don was very professional and helpful. He said we can have another treatment if the problem isn't resolved.

Great experience (given the work involved). The gentleman who came out was very competent, easy to talk with, & did a great job! I would highly recommend this company & will do business with them again, should we need this service.

The work was done in a timely manner. The technician was courteous.

Technician (and owner) Bruce Head, was on time, was pleasant but not too chatty, didn't try to ''buddy-up'' to us. He explained their service options and costs. We showed him our ants, which liked to hide up in the hot tub cover, and would come out of the four corners of our kitchen garden window, over the sink. The infestation was totally out of control. We were spotting them around the vents and electrical sockets (ugh!) all over the house. We didn't check to see if he was reasonably priced, we simply took the phone number off his truck while he was at another job (so much for research), but we desperate. We just wanted the ants GONE. And they are. Still. Bruce went about his business quietly and thoroughly. We got our money's worth, and I would definitely call Pioneer again, if we ever again need pest control.

The service was outstanding. They are reasonably priced. They took the time to answer all my questions and showed me how to rebait and reset the traps myself. They would call and let me know when they were coming or if they were running late.

THE GUYS AT PIONEER KNOW THEIR STUFF. THEY WERE QUICK, ATTENTIVE, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

MIKE RESPONDED TO OUR TELEPHONE CALL IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE WAS CORDIAL AND MADE AN IMMEDIATE APPOINTMENT TO SERVICE OUR NEEDS. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH AND WE WERE PLEASED WITH HIS WORK.

GREAT, FAST WORK. VERY PLEASED. MIKE WAS COURTEOUS AND WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND QUICKLY.

WE HAD 2 HUGE WASPS NESTS GROWING AND A MAJOR INFESTATION OF WASPS SWIRLING IN AN OLD WOOD STUMP BY OUR FRONT DOOR, WE DID EVERYTHING EVEN SETTING THEM ON FIRE, BUT COULD NOT GET RID OF THEM. IT LOOKS LIKE THEIR SPAY JOB WORKED.

OUR OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THIS COMPANY DID FOR US. THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE, SPENT AS MUCH TIME AS I WANTED DISCUSSING MY DIFFERENT OPTIONS. THEY ARE ALSO VERY REASONABLY PRICED.
