Description of Work: Complete home inspection. Home was 1974 remodeled daylight ranch. Performed a very thorough inspection. Found issues with the siding(LP - becoming soft/spongy) windows (not flashed) and bathroom floor. Inspection included infrared testing for water damage (none found).

While it was determined that they do not perform services in my area, she was polite and helpful in referring me to another Pillar to Post operation. If I ever have a need for inspection services in the Vancouver, WA area I will contact them immediately.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND FAST. WHEN WE CONTACTED THEM THEY WERE ABLE TO GO OUT TO THE HOUSE WITHIN DAYS. THEY WALKED THROUGH THE HOUSE WITH MY HUSBAND AND THE PREVIOUS OWNER AND INSPECTED EVERY INCH OF THE HOUSE FROM THE CRAWL SPACE BELOW AND ABOVE THE HOUSE. THEY WERE ABLE TO SEE THINGS THAT WE WOULD OF NEVER NOTICED AND COULD TELL IF ANY INSECT DAMAGE HAD OCCURED. THEY GAVE US A COPY OF THE REPORT THAT MORNING OF THE INITIAL FINDS AND LATER THAT DAY WE RECEIVED A MORE FORMAL COPY TO GIVE AND WORK OUT WITH THE SELLER AND AGENT.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED A NEW HOME OUT IN THE COUNTRY AND WE WERE GOING TO BE THE THIRD OWNER IN LESS THAN 4 YRS. ONCE OUR OFFER WAS ACCEPTED WE THOUGHT WE WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY TO MAKE SURE NOTHTING WAS WRONG WITH THE HOME BEFORE WE WENT FORWARD WITH OUR LOAN.
