We get our oil change there too. They are Honda and Toyota. We use them all the time and we will continue to use them.

I dropped my car off at 7:30AM, Munson's called me at 11:00 with a list of repairs that needed to be completed, by 5 I was out the door with a smoothly running machine. I also noticed that they fixed a few little things that I hadn't asked them to. For example the anteanea was no longer going up and down and they fixed it. Also the key started having a difficult time in the ignition, they fixed this as well--for free! I am very pleased with how well my car is running and the overall experience I had at Munson's.

We like them and they were great overall. We've been using them for a couple of years. They always get it done when they said that they're going to get it done. The price is very reasonable.

I am very pleased with their work. They did a good job. They diagnosed the problem correctly. They are very knowledgeable engine mechanics. They are straight forward. They were very flexible in giving it quickly because I was having so many problems. They took my car that afternoon, read the quotes of the computer about the car, charged me absolutely nothing for it and made a recommendation. Some companies charge $50 or $100 for the quotes. They diagnosed the problem quickly. I would definitely be going back to them if I have any problems. Their responsiveness was outstanding. My appointment was fast, just fifteen minutes. They were really good. I would use their services again in the future.

I knew my 11 year old car needed some work. They went through it thoroughly and called me with a list of what needed to be done and what the cost would be. We agreed on which items needed to be done immediately and which could be postponed. The work was completed in a timely manner and at the agreed upon cost. They even put paper on the floor mats to keep them clean while the worked. The car has been running very well since the work was done.

They checked EVERY light in/on my entire car and replaced a few bulbs - FOR FREE. They are very nice. I would recommend them highly.

Dick Munson treats his customers like family, explains what needs to be done and why and then takes care of it for a reasonable price. He suggests alternatives to help save you money, he doesn't nickel and dime you, often gives free advice or will do simple repairs and not charge you. He also informs you about what repairs are really necessary and helps you avoid making costly repairs that just pad the shop's bill. We trust Munsons so much, we won't buy a car that he doesn't work on. He works on Hondas, Toyota's Nissan's & Hyundai.

They were finished with the job on time. The service man was really friendly and you could tell he knew what he was talking about. He told me that the old mechanic put in the wrong spark plug.

They were friendly and very accommodating from the beginning. I didn't feel like just a "number", they were great!

We totally trust the owners and the people that work on our car. They try to accommodate your schedule; if we needed to get there at a certain time and pick it up at a certain time they work with you. It's not a take it or leave it deal, they really work with you to get your car fixed in your time frame. We will defiantly continue to use them in future.

Now I want you all to sit down, put your coffee cups on a firm surface and brace yourselves. "No charge" he says. Stunned silence. Really? "Yup" he says. "Ok" I say, "you just got a customer for life." "Thats how we do business" he says. These guys have treated me right in the past but have really out done themselves this time.

This is the best place you will find to have your Honda fixed or maintained. Not only do these guys know what they're doing, they are ethical. I have taken my Honda there many times over the last 3 years, and every time I am amazed at what a great job they do. I took it in last week because I thought the brakes felt like they weren't working as well, and they test drove it and checked them and said they were fine and gave me an idea of when they might need to be replaced. There was no charge for checking them. This type of thing has happened countless times. I have never had a mechanic/shop that I trusted so much. They diagnose problems quickly and get the repairs done in a timely manner. Their prices are better than any dealer out there, and their work is better. They are a family owned shop with no waiting room, frills or shuttle service, but in my opinion, the best Honda place in town.

We recently bought the Honda used, from a private party. This was my first experience with any Honda service facility, either independent or dealer. I selected Munson's on the basis of their Angie's List rating, and I am very satisfied. I waited for the car, and they started on it almost immediately, and had it ready to go in about a half hour. One of the service guys went on a short test drive with me to evaluate what I felt is a mild right-pulling tendency, and he felt it didn't merit work being done, and I was on my way. I fully expect to use their services again in the future.

My daughter drives a 1990 Honda Civic, which just quit running one night on her way home from school. I had the tow company tow it to Munson's. I called the next morning and asked them if they would take a look at it when then had a chance. They got to it almost immediately and called me back by noon that day. They said that there were some parts in the electrical system (rotor; I think) that needed to be replaced that had been installed incorrectly sometime prior,(that was me.) They had the car fixed when they said they would and for what they quoted me. This is the third time we have used them, and each time has been a great experience.

I had the 90k mile service done on my 1997 Honda Accord. I spoke to Mike who was very knowledgeable and courteous. He recommended a timing belt replacement, but I told him I had one done at 60K miles. He said, "Whoever did that ripped you off. Accords aren't due for a timing belt until 90K, you're good until 150K miles." I also asked him to check the coolant and the radiator as it had been 30K since the last service. He said it wasn't included in the 90K package, but they would check it out. I also asked him to check the struts because of uneven tire wear. I figured when I picked the car up, he would say it needed both. Surprise! I pick up the car, and he said the struts and coolant checked out fine, so there was no need for any additional service except for maybe an alignment, which they don't do anyway. I paid exactly what I was quoted and the car was ready on time, no extra charges for anything! I will be back for my 120K service for sure.

I HAVE CONSISTENTLY FOUND MUNSONS TO BE FAIR, ACCURATE, REASONABLE AND HONEST. IN THIS PARTICULAR CASE, I WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER MECHANIC THAT I NEEDED A NEW RACK AND PINION ASSEMBLY FOR AROUND $500. THIS WOULD NOT HAVE CORRECTED THE ISSUE I HAD WITH MY CAR, BUT WOULD HAVE STOPPED THE SLIGHT FLUID LEAK. MUNSON'S REPAIR COMPLETELY SATISFIED THE ISSUES I WAS HAVING. I USE MUNSON'S FOR ANY REPAIRS REQUIRED ON MY HONDA. I WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE HONDAS BECAUSE MUNSONS IS AVAILABLE FOR REPAIR SERVICES.
