Munson's Independent Honda

It is very hard to get into them. Once they have it they get it back quickly. They are very reliable and have excellent quality of work at a good price. The work takes like a day. You drop your car off, you don't stay there.

I've been using Munson's Independent Hondo for several years now and am always pleased with their service.  They get the job done each and every time and have proved to be reliable, quick, professional, and cost effective.  This time was no different.  My screeching drive belts were replaced and the problem was resolved.  I will continue to use them to provide routine maintenance for my car and have no qualms about recommending them.

I was inform during the timing belt fix that the oil pump need to be fix. I glad it was fix and i do not have to worry about the problem. the car is running great.

I have been using Munson's Independent Honda for the past few years after discovering them on Angie's List,  I continue to be extremely impressed by the service I receive, and the water pump replacement was no exception.  The quote was on target and the service was completed in a timely manner. I will continue to use them for all routine auto maintenance and service needs.

Munson's always practices integrity and honesty in all their business dealings. We have taken all our Honda and Toyota vehicles to them for a couple of decades. We highly recommend them.

I rarely sit down and take the time to write a review on Angie's List but after going to Munson's yesterday for a 30,000 mi. service on our Rav-4 and, as always, getting great, honest service and not overpaying ($81!), I just had to comment.
     We've been using them for over 15 years and have had timing belts and CV boots installed, pre-purchase inspections and much more done on the 5 or 6 Honda/Toyotas we've had and not once have we experienced anything but excellence.  We can get our cars in promptly--but frankly, I can't believe that they aren't booked solid for weeks.  I was so happy when they started working on Toyotas a few years back.
     Last fall, we started going to an auto repair shop (a chain in Vancouver) that was closer to our home in Ridgefield that we heard was good, but they soon started trying to sell us on things that were questionable.  They used an expensive, synthetic oil without asking us and said we needed a motor vac/fuel injection service at 30,000 mi. so I called Munson's, who said it was not necessary.
     There are no fancy waiting rooms at Munson's, just a repair shop that I will use as long as they are in business.
   

The staff were just fine. They were prompt with getting us in for an appointment. If you don't need services they will tell you. They are an honest company.

I've used Munson's several times for my Toyota Sienna and Honda Accord. They've always done good work for me. They don't over-charge; I've asked about maintenance items in the past and they've told me at times that something didn't need to be done yet so they aren't just out to get as much of my money as they can.
They've always completed the work by the time promised. I've never had any problems with the work they've done.

He was excellent, when i was working, he didn't have to come pick my car up,  and normally i wouldn't trust anybody, i'm the only one who drives my car, he said he could change my oil but he thought that was about it, and when he checked the breaks he said i can do this too, he does not need to say you need to do this, he's actually a mechanic. I checked everybody and no one has to say negative things about him. I didn't think he could go wrong especially if you have a Honda and Toyota, he know's this stuff, you get what you pay for.

These guys were terrific. We have been looking for an auto mechanic that we can trust, that doesn't overcharge, and will do a great job. We found it in Munsons. I won't need to take our cars anywhere else ever again. The servicing was professional, extremely well priced (I had expected to pay a lot more!), and the service people that we spoke to were honest, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions right away.

It was a pleasure dealing with them and we'll definitely continue even though we live 45+ miles away.
